Pines Hotel

This little country pub certainly didn't disappoint.
Made feel welcome from the moment we got there.
Great menu, both had scotch fillets with garlic prawn topper, the other with bacon mushroom topper.
Better than any steak in the city, med rare cooked perfectly.
Great salad bar, super delicious vegie bar, creamed potatoes, broccoli in cheese sauce just to die for, roasted spuds n pumpkin.
Large portions I might add.
We won a meat tray too.
Not sure what was better, the food, atmosphere or the service and salt of the earth locals.
Ignore any previous neg reviews, this pub is on the map.

An awesome pub with an a welcoming and friendly publican, beautiful meals and a fantastic country Aussie pub atmosphere! Well worth a visit, I know I will definitely be back again soon!

Great food and lovely bar staff. Publican was rude to his staff and was complaining about them to customers made the girl behind the bar look awkward and embarrassed.

Interesting little country hotel found during a long country drive. A small front bar area packed with local memorabilia as well as a jukebox and eight ball table. Had an excellent burger with the lot and it came with some of the best chips I've found in a while. Well worth a look.

The Pines Hotel is a great place to stop for a beer, a meal & a chat with the friendly staff. Rooms are available for an overnight stay. They are open from 5: 30am & serve hot coffee & breakfast. Great food, great people, great place!

Room was dated but comfortable, value for money. Would definitely stay again, food and service was great.

Run down little rooms get what pay for at 30$ clogged sink. Pub toilets had no soap to wash hands with which was gross. Good food and friendly staff however. Pub is good the rooms are not.

What an amazing place, the food was fantastic. I highly recommend eating here even if the only thing you eat is the potato bake. It's the food of the gods.

Fantastic schnitzel menu and great topping options. A salad and veggie bar available on the weekend. Our local go to with lovely friendly staff.

Last minute decision to lob in here with about 20 people. She got us all fed quickly and then we enjoyed the locals in the front bar. Good country pub

Excellent, fantastic food, meals so big we couldn't eat it all and second to none for service. We will be back again tomorrow night.
