I've had 2 transactions with this business. First time I bought redgum firewood which is meant to be "treated" and dry was wet. Second was buying "veggie mix" soil. I've been finding shards of glass and plastic in my "organic soil". They are friendly enough but I also expect quality especially in the current climate.

I found that person who helped me out on what was the best soil to put on my garden was very knowledgeable and friendly, and the free trailer/ hopper was fantastic no shoveling out of the hopper needed just pull the leaver and it’s on the ground would not hesitate in recommending this business to anyone for sure I will be going back again soon.

Bought a bag of split red gum for the pizza oven and brazier. Any danger of it being seasoned so I could light it? Ended up with having to get take away and sitting around a brazier that sizzled! Not good enough for the price paid!

Brought 2 bags of product but was wrong colour, couldnt tell from the bag due to the age, tried to swap the 1 unopened bag less than 24hrs later and was told they dont accept returns but they would gladly sell me another bag of the right colour!
Left without purchasing anything and went to Railways in Old Reynella, they swapped the bag for me even though i didnt buy it from them, now thats real customer service. Told a few friends and workmates and they all agreed.

Got some loam recently and was full of rocks, bark and the occasional shard of glass which are now all over my lawn.

Update: Due to businesses response I will comment further.

Never once did I ask for them to replace my lawn, I just wanted them to resolve the issue that they created. From the moment I contacted them the owner was just looking for a reason to not take responsibility for the issue, there is no doubt this came from them. Really disappointing to see owner lie like this, when discussing with him and asked for details I said that I may have been served by a female and he latched onto this as why I was wrong. I used the product that THEY suggested, owner spent whole time trying to find ways that it was not his fault, pretty poor service from a place that damaged my lawn. Offers made by him were token at best and took weeks to follow through.

We found Pimpala Landscape by accident. They had everything we needed and at a reasonable price. Saved us heaps of trips between stores and of course $

Friendly staff and nothing seemed too much trouble. Was able to load up containers in the back of my small car. Have scoria in bulk; hard to find elsewhere. Will be back, for sure.

These guys are fantastic! They helped us out at very short notice with a delivery of sand and sandbags during a flood alert. Good old fashioned service with a smile!
