Pillow Talk Mile End

I cannot express how professional, helpful and friendly the girls here are. In particular Alana, one of the loveliest team members of any store I have had the pleasure of coming in contact with. From the first day she has been nothing but exceptional and the reason I keep coming back (besides the products of course!) Just want to show appreciation for every member of the mile end team and condone their customer service.

Had a great experience here, the staff were very helpful. Sue not only provided a high level of customer service and understanding but also was able to impart her extensive knowledge in a way that was warm and educating. Very happy to have chose this store at random and will definitely be a repeat customer.

It was disappointing. Some lovely products and I had picked out several items in my hand waiting at the front desk for a while. The assistants served everyone else who came in after me as I waited patiently. Unfortunately, the assistants didn’t even acknowledge I was there or apologise for the wait and I left. I ended up going to Adairs across the road and buying a lot more than intended. It was a shame.
