22Had a cappuccino and steak and onion pie on way back to Victoria from canning stock route.
Good bakery, nice pies n pasties, try the pepper pasty. Good ammount of peper taste. I'm going to try pepper pie next time
Although it was close to closing time, the staff member was very helpful and willing to make our toasties. They were yum!
Mid-morning coffee break, which was fabulous. My husband taste tested the lamb and rosemary pie I tried the chilli Kransky, which was great, not overcooked and the largest I have ever had. Very yummy
Pies were delicious. Great position for travellers to stop by on way out of Renmark for a pie.
I have stopped here to and from Adelaide for many years and I was disappointed this time. The staff were nice enough but they could learn to smile and look like they want to be there. I did enjoy my pie but the coffee and cake not so much. The toilet is no longer available for patrons which is a shame as you have to walk over to the plaza.
Where else would you go? Pastries a plenty and great flavours, get there early to get your favourites!
Best hamburger ever.to perfection.and cut in half.coffee excellent.must stop here is a must when travelling
Pieman's have a good selection of baked goods, we got there just before closing so everything wasn't fresh baked but still good
Pie was alright.us and other costumers could not find a table to sit out of the many messy tables there were with food and drinks looking like they had been sitting there for hours.service was slow and did not acknowledge costumers well.very poor customer service, employers looked like they didn’t want to be there.tables were sticky and there were no pies already made.costumers had to clear their own table just to find somewhere to sit and no one came to help.very disappointing.
Thanks for opening on the very last day of the year but Vegan pasty is super super super salty. I even couldn’t swallow my food cause it’s so dry and salty. I’ve never eaten anything this salty.
Great food, delicious pies!
Staff extremely slow! One even dropped a set of tongs on the floor and went to use them again until they were told not to reuse them.
Was disappointed with our lunch my turkey focaccia a thin strip of turkey barley a quarter of avocado & cranberry well what cranberry, my wife's hot dog roll burnt, coffee ok.wont go back there, we often holiday in the Riverland, not recommended.
Ordered gluten free pies, counterhand pulled out pies from Woolworths gluten free packet put in microwave then piewarmer. Verrrry disapointed wont be going back.go to woolies myself to get them instead.its cheaper.
Over all pretty disappointing - Pies had very little filling and did not have real meat bits in it, was more like a stew in pie. Pastry was heavy and thick. The Danish was very dense and was as though it had been made days ago.
Came here for Breakfast at 11.30 the sign in the Cafe said Breakfast till 11 only.but they said no problem and cooked my wife and I a lovely Breakfast good old fashioned customer service well done all
Call in for breakfast one morning when I was passing through and I must say I'm glad I did great job cheers
Friendly staff, generous serve of breakfast with in-house baked bread. Coffee is average. Nice place to pop in for a rest and to chill out.
Stale pastry, coffee tastes like it was brewed in a swagman's boot. On a positive note the bread looks nice.
