I have seen Bryce and Andrew. Both have been great and I continue to see Andrew to get my body back to running.

Sam, an exercise physiologist, visited me at home due to my difficulties in getting out and about. Professional and courteous, he stayed on point throughout conversations. I'm left feeling confident of a positive outcome working with PhysioWest team to achieve my goals.

I’m going through a long term rehabilitation for a shoulder issue. My physiotherapist is explaining things well, guiding me through exercises and therapy clearly and checking my progress by asking a range of questions that help us both determine whether treatments are working, and what pain levels are okay versus not.

Saints road clinic have been absolutely fantastic post MVA they helped me through the process of CTP insurance to ensure my treatment was covered. Providing not only physical help but emotionally as well. All staff have provided exceptional service.

1st appointment staff polite and professional. Physio (Sarah) is lovely, clear instructions and informative. Love the way they communicate via email too. Overall would highly recommend

I was contacted and took up the offer to re-attend and so glad I did. I booked with Scott and it was the best massage I have had for such a long time.and re-booked for another!

Danielle is an awesome remedial massage therapist, extremely skilled and able to tailor her massages to your needs. Don’t forget to ask about cupping, absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Danielle for your remedial massage needs.

My elderly mum recently fell, broke her hip and had surgery. Due to her age the prognosis was poor but I persevered and hired PhysioWest to work with her. Within a few days they had her standing and they are currently helping her get back to walking so she can regain, at least, the independence of not being bed bound. I found this group of professionals to be gentle yet persuasive to get mum up and moving. I am so happy with the progress they are making with mum but also with the professionalism, empathy and knowledge that they bring to the table. The physios at the hospital basically said mum would never stand or walk again, but PhysioWest have shown that with proper coaching and support, the elderly can overcome these obstacles and regain movement. I can never thank them enough for giving my mum back her life.

I had Danielle for a massage and she was very thorough and listened to where I was sore, concentrating on those areas. A wonderful massage and will definitely book in regular massages with her.

Natalie has been very friendly and accommodating with my NDIS clients requiring supports, great communication between SC and the client, easy process when referring new clients, happy to work with a good provider like Natalie and PhysioWest for my clients with their NDIS plans, thank you Natalie!

Caitlyn was so lovely and helpful. I felt so comfortable and I could be honest about my issues and she made it so easy to understand how to move forward and get better! She gave me confidence that I will be well looked after

The team at PhysioWest have been amazing in providing our clients with rehabilitation services at home. Natalie, Grant and Matthew have been very helpful in setting up this service, providing timely physiotherapy in the home and achieving great outcomes for our clients.

My elderly mother has in- home exercise physiology She loves and looks forward to her weekly sessions, enjoying the company and time she spends with her physio, who she trusts implicitly. With that aside everyone I speak with at the Company is friendly, supportive have a 'can do' approach and are very caring. Mum is making great improvements which I am extremely appreciative of. If you have an elderly loved one who is struggling to get up out of chairs, not very mobile, losing balance, make the phone call, make the enquiry you will not be disappointed.

I went in for a massage with Scott and he was very attentive to everything I had to say. He understood my needs and concentrated on all of my sore spots that I had advised him of! I will definitely be back to see Scott!:)
