I have seen many physios and massage therapists here in almost 10 years of being a patient. I have been sad to see some leave, but am really happy to now be seeing Yuki. She took the time to really listen to me, thoroughly examined me, talked me through what she was doing as she did it, and gave me plenty of recovery tips. A problem I've had for 6 weeks is now pretty much resolved in 2 appointments. Thank you Yuki!
Also a big thanks to the always friendly, cheerful and helpful reception staff. Happy to be a client here. Thankyou to the team!

Disgusted. PhysioOne insisted that my PREGNANT wife sit in her car in 30 degree heat and wait for her appointment because she is not fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
I am not anti-vax. I understand the need for the vaccine. I also understand the will to choose for women who are pregnant.
What I don’t understand is how, in a state where we have almost ZERO confirmed cases, that businesses such as PhysioOne can be so abhorrently pathetic. This is a complete breach of moral human standards.
Never returning again and anyone who holds any real moral values in this life should choose to visit a different physio.

Didn't seem focussed on finding root cause of my issue, although dry needling worked quite well, went elsewhere for a more thorough service

Couldn't fault anyone here. Both the physio's and administrative staff are such friendly people. I have been going here for years, all of the physio's are experienced and they treat each issue with the upmost professionalism and care. They always seem to be on time and never rush!
