Highly recommend – I originally engaged the Physio Smart team when I incurred a workplace injury resulting in severe back pain and loss of motion/feeling in the lower right side of my body. I contacted Physio Smart and I was met with immediate and thorough consultation.

I began treatment with the ever-lovely Natalie Gibbs who worked tirelessly to progress my range in motion and restore my strength. Natalie took the time to educate me around my injury, guide me into physical movement and exercise, and ensure me of my progression with video evidence clearly showing my improvement.

Natalie restored my confidence and physical stability and got me back to work. Thank you Natalie and Physio Smart for your professionalism and genuine care. Highly recommend!

After seeing Nathan for a handful of different issues, I would happily refer any family and friends to him (or anyone else at Physio Smart). A very skilled physio who takes a practical/hands on approach and helps you understand the rehab required to feel better.

Physio Smart are the most amazing team, I have had treatment from many of the team members over several years now and they help keep me active. I recently had a pretty painful injury immediately before embarking on a holiday and they went above and beyond to enable me to embark on my holiday and stay fit enough to get back home in one piece. Would be 5* if it weren't for the receptionist messing up last two appointment reschedules. Held of on reviewing as the psyio themselves are great, but really annoyed and highly disappointed in admin/reception. Called day prior to reschedule and given 9am 4/6/21. Then receiving call the next day 2/6/21 being told I should be at an appointment that I rescheduled already.now have to wait essentially 3 weeks to get another appointment. No care at all from the receptionist I had taken a day off work due to pain the prior day.and taking tablets when necessary until next appointment. Left feeling like no care regarding my health when admin/receptionist messed up on reschedule appointment on their computer system. Being a long term customer, I can attest the psyios are great. Just don't trust your appointment is locked in when the admin/receptionist states it is. (Yes. I rang the number from the text message reminding me of my the appointment.) Will update to 5* if this doesn't happen again in 12 months.

A group of confident, personable, and knowledgeable physios! As a professional Kinesiologist, I was drawn to Physio Smart because of their unique approach to injury rehab, prioritising our biomechanics and movement patterns. In addition to using the traditional physiotherapy methods, everyone at Physio Smart emphasises the importance of using movement as medicine, which increases body awareness, addresses the root of the injury, and creates long term results! My kids ranging from 18 to 10 all see Max. He is caring, professional and always gives detail about what the issue is. With the home programs for my younger boys he always makes them fun and engaging which means it's easily implemented at home. My oldest son plays football and there has been no shortage of injuries I always trust Max's opinion and am thankful for his guidance. We wouldn't use anyone else.

Wow what an experience, decided to give physio smart a go after hearing Matt speak at a running forum knowing my issues. I seen Nathan and in the hour assessment it was amazing what areas needed to be treated and more importantly how to treat them. Knowing that my ankle needed attention after being like it is for at least 30 years and my hip after surgery it was truly amazing, looking forward to what Nathan can do in the follow up appointments. If anyone has thought about seeing a physio, do yourself a favour and see the team at Physio Smart.
