I've been seeing Darcy for the last 2 months for a sore lower back, he's been fantastic, he came up with a treatment plan with various exercises to help the pain and to prevent future injury. I couldn't be happier with the help I received. Everyone there is so nice and I would definitely recommend PhysioFit to everyone

Darcy helped organise appointments with sports doctors etc to get the ball rolling with my knee injury before we’d even met. First appt with him, he was very knowledgeable and a really open communicator. Makes the appts super comfy and I’m confident I’ll get back to sport better than I was before! Shout out also to Loz at the reception desk. Absolute legend and nothing is ever too hard. Awesome clinic all round.

I had the fantastic opportunity of being Darcy’s patient at the clinic. Darcy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with a tendon issue I had never experienced before. Not only did he find the issue, he sorted me out with a thorough fitness program to help build strength around the tendon. Extremely happy with the experience and no doubt will be going back again.

I was seeing Damon for a few months after a persistent neck injury. I was appreciative that Damon helped me set goals to work towards with my recovery, not just from a physical/movement standpoint but also mentally. He was a joy to see every session and I found any other staff I crossed paths with to also be friendly.

I have been seeing Corey for a few months now and have been really impressed with the overall experience. Having knee pain for 3 years and not getting any results from many other Physiotherapists, Chiropractors and even surgery. Corey thought logically about my symptoms and tailored a solution that is working really well. Corey is professional and obviously very experienced, and easy to talk to. I saw Darcy at PhysioFit for yet another ankle injury. He guided me through a well developed rehab plan which got me back to sport considerably quicker than I had experienced with previous injuries. Overall the facilities and staff were outstanding and I was very pleased with my experience.

Since about two years ago, I had a nagging injury in my shoulder that massages, stretching and massive amounts of time off were simply not helping me at all with. It felt like I wasn't going to be able to spar or train heavy again, rest wasn't doing anything. I went to Physio Fit not feeling very confident, but after the first session with Corey I had a lot of faith. My shoulder was genuinely better before I had time to realize how well his treatments were working. He'll make sure you know absolutely everything you need to know about anything that could be related to your injury while being sure you ask him whatever could come to mind. Thanks Corey!
