Physio edge might is good for muscles but not amazing for back pain. I was given some relief but do not let anyone ever tell you back pain is something that takes time and effort and exercises to fix! I thought that was the case after being to two separate physios in adelaide but then i found the most amazing chiro ever here in adelaide that fixed my back pain PERMANENTLY!
