24 BAD EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE
Foods is under average, the pho soup not even warm and look dirty.the table absolutely sticky and no service at all, it’s make me disgusting at the first spoon. I pay $18 for large size but the food just 7/10 full of the bowl.
If you looking for good pho, I really recommend Pho98: good pho and combination rice, good service and environment as well
pho Hồng tâm: good pho, Good environment, but no service.
Of course not thing is free, but I’m happy to pay for somewhere else at least they should provided the basic service.
Located in a back street in the middle of Parafield Gardens, you could easily drive past this place and not really notice it.
The Pho (the reason for my visit) was pretty good, and definitely superior to most other alternatives I’ve found so far within a few kms range from here. The ‘small’ bowl was significantly more than I could get through, so no complaints there. (‘Phở tái nạm bò viên’ wasn’t a listed menu item, but they did it for me without an ‘extra meats’ charge, so that was good).
As for the actual restaurant: from the outside, the building looks a little run down, but the floor and tables are clean inside. Was also pleasantly surprised to find they had the air con running (so many little places seem to think their customers don’t want air circulation).
I probably won’t eat here every day, but I think a weekly visit could be on the agenda.
Great food and not bad service to go with it
The place itself is a little rundown and could use a touch-up.
Soup base was pretty average for the Pho. Hope they can improve after renovation. (We went on the last day open.)
Awesome Vietnamese food in a great location with good prices and plenty of car parking. Highly recommend.
I always go to ipho at John Street salsibury. I decided to go here because my oppointment close by. Pho and combination rice was Not meet my standard pho's meat too chewy. Combination rice worse then I make at home. I walked in at 9am. Saw tissues lay on floor and tables dirty not just 1 table all of the table in there I think they didn't clean it from night before. Poor hygiene. Poor customer service. Not coming back.
Place has sadly deteriorated over the years, the rice smelled quite off, and the crispy noodles were filled with too much sauce. Making it soggy rather than crunchy.
Really great food, astonishingly quick service for my takeaway today.
We have been regulars for years.
Highly recommended
Ok food, ok service.place needs a good clean and coat of paint.
Staff need to wear a uniform so you know there staff not random customers
If ur after vietnamese pho.this is the place to go in the North Suburbs
Good food and Affordable
It’s wonderful! They have the biggest bowl of Pho I’ve ever seen! The soup is tasty and authentic of southern Vietnam.
Very nice place for lunch or dinner
Size of the bowls is very generous considering similar price that you pay somewhere else
nothing to complain, will visit again
Very authentic pho. I liked that they didn't skim on anything, basel, coriander, fresh chillies and pickled onions the full works. The stock is great.
Delicious pho, keep coming back for more! The girl with the excellent service doesn't seem to work here anymore though. Love that they are open early from 9am.
Had Pho Dac biet and spring rolls. Good portion, soup was tasty and nice. Didn't feel thirsty after eating. Will visit again.
Food is just OK, we had Pho and Hu Tieu and it was abit tasteless, had to put 2 spoons of fish sauce to balance the flavour of the Pho? My husband had to ask for more sauce for his Hu Tieu as well?
I had the pleasure of trying the Pho Tai Nam today at Pho Chu Map, and I was not disappointed!
The serving sizes are generous for the pricing, and they certainly give you your moneys worth with the amount of meat in the soup. The pickled onion and pickled chili is a great touch and adds another layer to the soup.
The broth was the best part of this pho however, and I'd go as far as saying that the pho broth here is the best you'll taste anywhere in Adelaide, and I've tried a lot. Rich yet delicate, it is a clear velvety broth that nails the elements with its perfectly balanced flavours. My new favourite, for sure!
Love the beef soup great value good service but the place could use a thorough clean sooooo dirty
Unbelievable, perfect size pho, all the side trimmings friendly service quality quick service and well priced
I feel bad for the kind, genuine workers here who are brought down by the bad customer service from a particular waitress. The menu stated that the avocado smoothie was $6 but she ended up charging us more than that at the counter. When we were about to leave, she had the nerve to ask us to pay more because we "hadn't given her enough money". Of course, we asked her to recalculate and, of course, she was wrong. The food here was decent; maybe it was due to the large number of orders coming through, however the food we ordered came out cold. It was not hot at all (the vegetables couldn't even cook in the phở broth).
I had a bad experience here. I don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon. 0/10
