7Extremely poor customer service, communication from any staff I have spoken at the Adelaide dept is pathetic, no one cares about resolving outstanding issues, just pass the buck around and around, do not use this company if you want a high level of service and customer support, go elsewhere.

If you could see how this place was run, you would never buy from here. Food left outside for days, chilled and frozen products rarely temp tested & when we got a delivery of half thawed prawns management told me to accept them (I didn't!).
Empty pasty, all pastry. Manager of Hudsons opened a second one - just the same. Got my money back. At least the service was good!
I have to keep a track on my order, the price changes every order with no inmation. I am annoyed I bought two boxes of wedges I was charge $8.50/ unit where u can buy for /6.20 same brand in retailers so why bother to buy bulk. No I can’t rely anymore
