Staff were unhelpful and then they got the manager out to help she was very very rude in more ways then one, walked out very upset to put it nicely.

Terrible service, was "browsing" for about 15 minutes with no customer service, looking to make a big purchase for my aquarium, but due to staff looking at me and just chatting amongst themselves i will take my buisness elsewhere, bad to see as i usually shop with pet stock and have a great experience, however this store just disappoints.

Third time we’ve been at pet stock Sefton park for grooming and will definitely recommend it, staff are super friendly and as long as specific details for the cut needed are mentioned it will turn out great!

The best place for getting anything you need for your loving pet They have lots of products you can choose from the shelf or get some good assistance from their friendly staffs also prize are reasonable too.

Took my fluffy and beautiful dog there to be groomed! A young lad in pet stock Sefton park asked me: how do I want my dog to be groomed! I answered as short as possible please! After 4 hours when I got there to collect my dog! I realized a dog inside the grooming sector is starting at me! Thought by myself, what a friendly dog! Then saw the young lad carrying my dog’s leash going towards the friendly dog! Then I said to myself! REALY! Is this Kai! My dog!?
Shaved in a way that the red skin was clearly visible! They had shaved my dog by number 7 dog clipper! Apparently the shortest grooming clipper! Not only very disappointed with this but also got charged a high price!
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG IN PET STOCK SEFTON PARK!
BTW I’m open to discuss this further with the manager! If they care about this!

Been here twice already for my two Jack russel nail clipping, the curly here guys is always friendly, helpful and patient on treating every dog even it was a crazy busy day. All other staff are great also.
This becoming my routine place for us.

Had what I needed in stock but why this store is always the only one with stock is really annoying. Perhaps your other stores need to see what they do here to have stock

Unprofessional, inexperienced staff. As a national brand, this store is a disgrace. The worst thing is, they use their gender as an excuse to charge you more for grooming. Honestly, head office really needs to sort the staff at this store out, It's dangerous.

Not sure how to get assistance from the back of the store. I walked back up to the front counter, other staff were called and then walked back again. Then back to the front to pay. Friendly staff, fairly knowledgeable.

Have just come home from the vet again, my dog has clipper blade burns and a cut again, I tell them every time I need an experienced groomer to do my dog as the vet bills cost more than the grooming, 2 weeks ago, the same instructions were delivered, the lady said yes of course we will look after your dog, it did seem strange that the visit was 4 hours rather than the usual 2-3, perhaps to stop the bleeding, dog groomers do have something to put on a cut so it stops bleeding for a while, , never ever will i trust my dog with them again, they have cost me alot in vet bills and are completely useless

Everytime we go we are greeted by a friendly staff member and they are super helpful and knowledgeable.
The store is always clean and shelves nice and stocked. With so many services it's a one stop shop

Since moving from Prospect to the new shopfront at Sefton Park this place seems to have increased its customer base. On days of puppy school the place is a hive of activity. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and the shop seems huge. Always competitive prices to other stores with good discounts if you become a member which is free.

I love PETstop when I bought collars that were too small for my cats they gave me a refund, would recommend this store to everyone

Best experience and advice ive ever gotten at a pet store.

Walked in completely unsure of what I wanted but left absolutely satisfied with what I purchased. I cant remeber exactly whom I spoke with but she was amazing and was more than happy to answer any questions and offer advice when needed. Her suggestions were right on target.

I purchased a few items she suggested, took them home and introduced them to my cat straight away. Its been roughly a week later and ive noticed that my 3yo indoor cat is so much more happier and entertained and less aggressive than she usually is.

Thankyou for all the advice, for saving my ankles and turning my cranky cat into such a softy!

Ill definitely be back at somepoint for extra toys, I dont see these ones lasting long

The Olive Python that they have in the store at the moment is absolutely adorable! When I went in to buy some heat lamps one of the workers pulled her out to hold her, and he treated her with such respect and treated her with so much love! We need to see more of this in other pet stores.

Staff here are absolutely lovely, always eager to greet you as you walk in the door and happy to help wherever they can

I take my dog here for a bath. It's great in winter as the water is warm and so is the dryer. It's always clean before I use the tub. Good value and you can use your credit cards. Pop into the shop for a doggy treat after the bath and get great friendly service
