Such a great pet stock! Alway helpful and caring staff. Did puppy school here a year or 2 ago and it was fantastic. Also a great range of products. Also have great dog wash machines we often use. Thanks to the friendly staff for always being welcoming and cheerful

Everyone is always so helpful, and always offer to look up my loyalty number so I can get the same flea treatment which I seem to be unable to remember after trying so many brands.

Staff on the floor had to be approached to get assistance but they were friendly.

Product I purchased (cat cage) was not even able to be used as it broke before the cat was even collected.

The poor little lorikeet they keep as a mascot looks in pretty bad nick - behaviour problems like feather-pulling and rocking (stress). Nope. If the owners can't practice good animal care then I can't trust them with my own. Get this poor bird to a sanctuary!

This place is a yes! Plenty to choose from, super helpful and friendly staff. Found everything I needed quickly. Dog wash facilities on site! Noice. Will be back.

There's a really unhealthy looking parrot in this store, and it makes me feel sad every time I go in there. I've tried telling the people who work there that he looks sick but they don't seem to be interested.

Great store with wide range of products and small animals, plenty of parking behind store and friendly staff

They'll price match online prices to almost 50% off so it make me think everything that's not price matched is wayyy over priced.

Easy yo use dog wash.but you pay $1 per minute and it doesn't stop counting down even if you stop to maybe reassure your dog, or work on a knot, or use your own towel to start drying before using the blower. I would have thought that would be simple to fix

Have visited this store to but some dry dog food for my 2 Schnauzers who have allergies for wheat. They stock a good variety of dry dog foods and being a loyal member of this store, I get some discounts for being a member of my local Schnauzer Club. Our old club had the Black Hawk variety for our Championship Dog Show at the Dogs-SA Winter International at Kilburn many years ago in 2018. The company supplied us of many large bags full of their products for the Winners of certain awards like Best of Breed or Best in Show or Group.
We were very happy with this service who delivered these products to us at Kilburn.
Since then in the middle of 2018, the Schnauzer Club of SA had ceased trading as a Club and was sent back to the Dogs-SA at Kilburn to help the next winners in the future.

Great place great price and friendly staff I never go anywhere else they stock for anything and everything

This shop was not beneficial to me as a customer. I wish to purchase things for my kitten. I was ready to purchase and we were told to get in line and about 15 customers waiting and only two staff serving. The staff were abrupt and not over friendly. Just listening to there service manner made me replace my stock and walk away. NEVER EVER TO GO THERE AGAIN.

My biggest mistake was not driving a few more kilometres down south road to Pet Barn. I came here for a speciality cat food and ended up having a lot of time wasted. I was assured they had the stuff I wanted out the back so for 20 minutes I waited, just to be informed they didn't have it and there must be a paperwork error. We are talking about 2 pallets of expensive cat food, how do you lose this? Why does it take 20 minutes to look for this, it's not a packet of peanuts? Anyhow the variety was not there either with there being just one cheaper brand of this special cat food available. Anyhow lesson learned, never again.

Terrible customer serivce and from your manager to be exact. I come always for the last 2 and half years to buy cat litter, they always have priced matched it for me, this time i came in she wouldnt do it. She was rude to me and said i believe you are lying to me i dont beleive that. I said are you serious ive come in so many times same as ally family and never had a issue. Her attitude was discusting and not manager like at all. Then i contacted state manager and there reply was sorry and here is our price match policy.
They done nothing to fix the situation
So for this im take my buisness, and the rest of my familys buisness to another store
Your manager there needs to get off her high horse and stsrt treating customers nicely not make them feel uncomfortable and telling them to there face they are lying.which i did not in anyway lie. Your staff obviously every time ive come in have done the mistakes or whatever not me.so maybe you need to re train them. And to not care about fixing the issue is totally un professional.

Good place to go to get what you need for your pet and some advice if needed. Whenever I had someone who was unsure about something, they were honest about it and found me someone else who could help. Nice staff, good products.

The staff here are super friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience and have lived in the area for 4 years now. The main reason I visit, is to purchase their refillable kitty litter, which is good value. You pay once for the bucket and then the refills are slightly cheaper.
