Wonderful work place, my myself and my puppy needed some help getting started. Kelly was so informational about all things i needed to know. She is such a nice, bright, happy girl who knows what she’s talking about.
I go here as it's convenient but purchase what I need from other places online as they are $20 a bag or more cheaper than Petstock is. I've asked them why and even asked for their price match but last time I was told one of the places they price matched is online only, so even though I'd be picking up the food, they would be charging me postage I don't understand why they are always the most expensive.
Staff went above and beyond to search for a product, ring another store and put a hold on something we were finding extremely difficult to hunt down.
They were honest, and friendly, and we will definitely be back, even though we live 45 minutes away.

Massive range, and so many specials. Dog wash outside. Very happy customer!
Came in today to get a feliway diffuser refill. Noticed a new option for feliway friends so asked what would work better for our situation (new cats living together since January). After talking to one of the team there, we went with the new 'friends' option. Within 2 hours of having this refill going, my older cat (usually comes for a cuddle any chance he gets) that hasn't jumped up since January, has come up again and spent the last 10 minutes straight purring.

The staff are great here, always been friendly and helpful, love taking my dog there because it's a dog friendly store and they spoil her with pats and attention.

I started shopping here a while ago. My kitten is very fussy and the staff there are always so helpful. The staff go far and beyond to find stock for you. Highly recommend becoming a member. U save heaps co.pared to other sites.
They go out of their way
Bad experience with bad employees. Some were nice some were rude bad policies etc, costing me $100s of dollars, better off elsewhere
Rarely has stock of what we buy so it's really frustrating. Had to go to Sefton Park store today because items were out of stock still.

Poor customer service i was sold holiday blocks for my aquarium and returned after 1 week to find a black snail infestation. I spoke to a staff member who told me to buy snail rId or a clown loach. They were not interested in investigating the quality of the product they were selling nor interested in contacting the supplier of that product to make them aware. The staff member also advised me that the snails could have come from anywhere. I have kept tropical fish for 40 years and very careful with what I feed my fish. This was a first of for me with that product so i know that it was where the outbreak started. I suggested to the girl that she take one of the blocks and put it in an isolated tank to see if snails emerge after a week, she wasnt interested at sll and stated that she wouldnt be doing that as she would have to pay for the block herself. Absolute rubbish, I will be complaing to their head office to alert their company of potentially contaminated stock.i do not want other aquarium enthusiasts to suffer my problem. Thanks very much for your concern Pet Stock, I have been going there for 12 years.not any more though, my family spend alot of money there with our dogs, puppy classes, harnesses, food, toys, bedding.and i will be spreading the word about this poor service.

Poor form. I ordered food in bulk as it was on special on Monday and was told store stock should have arrived already, so it should be in latest Wednesday. Called Wednesday still not there and was told it's arriving Friday. Called Saturday still not there! I was trying to get a word in only to be talked over by the woman on the phone. Found out they still haven't ordered the food and only 8 would be arriving when it does (and I've ordered 11). How hard is it to place an extra order? Especially concidering the customer just payed in full $600+ and especially when food would be an item that would have a high turn over?
Just lost a customer. Will not shop there again. Not willing to price match, even though same product and going against own policy. Customer service appalling and condescending comments muttered on way out. We did shop there every week and phoned to verify price match policy.
