Great advice given by the staff there with an amazing selection of stock, including their fish range!

Big store with lots of options for all pets. Staff have always been very friendly and knowledgeable, they don't just push the most expensive brand onto you and actually listen to your questions and offer helpful advice.
I got a bit excited when I saw Zora the Macaw!

We were looked after by Jasmine and she was amazing she looked after us from start to finish was very knowledgeable as well and she even helped take the things we brought out to the car, Jasmine thank you for your amazing service today

Staff are friendly and informative if you need assistance. Store allows pets on leashes, so be aware of this if attending as there can be excited puppies etc.

The birds are beautiful and chatty, and there are also rescue pet adoptions regularly, mostly kittens.

If you get pet food/items on a regular basis, sign up to the membership, and it can benefit you every few purchases with discounts. There are also member-only deals which tend to be on essential products.

Very clean and well organised store. Staff super helpful and knowledgeable. Needed an extra item which was not in stock and was ordered within minutes.

Pet stock is great in general. This store is only getting 1 star due to the the short haired woman who yelled at my 3 year old daughter for pointing at some fish. She yelled at her saying oi don’t touch the glass at first I didn’t think she was talking to us then she came closer to us and yelled at her again. My child wasn’t bagging the glass or anything just pointing she could of approach it differently and said excuse can you please not touch the glass. She clearly us no experience with children and people

Just went in and got my water tested and also had them look at a problem with my fish and they where super helpful and friendly

Rescued a baby rainbow lorikeet and they where able to help me with information that I needed. Helpful and friendly staff.

Just went for a sticky beak, I don't have any pets unfortunately, but that huge parrot was amazing. High 5 she even shook my hand wow

Awful.disgusting bird care, budgies shoved in tiny cages together and when i brought it up i was shut down and told that "they're just budgies" as if they arent still living creatures.

The staff are SO helpful, I have been going here for years and they never let me down, you can always find what you need.:)

Didn't have what I was looking for but from what I saw they are fairly well stocked to keep your fur babies and friends happy and healthy.
