I took my daughter there today looking for a pet and some advice. I met two lovely staff members Karina and Sean, they were absolutely wonderful so caring and passionate about the animals and very knowledgeable. They took there time were very friendly, I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Will definitely be going back to purchase my daughters pet there and accessories. All animals well looked after and staff too happy to answer any questions, they genuinely love all the animals. Thank you so much! Would highly recommend this pet store.

A fantastic family owned and run pet store, with a particular focus on snakes and lizards. Staff are always super helpful and their frozen snake food prices are easily the best for in-store purchasing.

My partner and I bought a bearded dragon from here a few months back, has been one of the best experiences we have ever had! They provided good instructions of care with detailed diagrams and information. And helped us with any concerns that we have ever had! Our dragon is striving and is beautiful and healthy!

Has much more variety of stock than the big chain stores. Friendly helpful staff. Beautiful shop.

Great pet shop, particularly for reptiles. Bought a lizard here, and the advice, assistance, after service, food and boarding services from here have been fantastic. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Store has a great range of products. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing for all your pet care needs! I have got guinea pigs and two rabbits from Pets Everywhere. They have been so helpful with finding the right pets. I have called with questions and they know the answer the first time. The two rabbits I have brought from them are so loving and friendly, they arnt scared and settled into our home from the first day. I highly recommend going here first!

I went here to get a free treat for my pet as I had a voucher. Initially the woman at the counter told me I could only have a treat for a dog or cat when I told her I have a bird so I had to take a cake treat for a cat or dog but eventually she exchanged it for a bird treat when I was talking to another shop assistant. I don't know why she couldn't have given me the bird treat straight away, unless they cost too much.

Went here today after getting alot of conflicting information from other pet stores and the internet. Ladies were so helpful and kind to a newbie like myself. Didn't make me feel silly at all and had some awesome tips to help get my beardie eating better, lighting and general care. Great prices for everything from enclosures and stands to decor and lighting. Well worth the trip and will definitely return. Keep up the great work ladies, people like you made me go from feeling awful and disheartened and like I was doing everything wrong to feeling excited about our new pet again and making sure we're giving him the best life possible.

Fantastic pet shop for your exotic pet needs. It's refreshing to find a place that understands that it's not just cats and dogs that are loveable. Scales, feathers and shell bring just as much love and joy

I haven't bought anything yet, but they were happy to answer all my questions and give very helpful advice about having a lizard as a pet. If we go ahead, I will definitely be buying from them.

Friendly service, we come from >20km away as their supplies are fresh and my youngest's reptile will only eat the frozen mice from here! Good selection, reasonable prices

I got my guinea pigs from here and all the animals are certainly well looked after! 100% recommend this store for all your pet needs! Friendly staff and great service.
