Very helpful staff. Go out of their way to provide a good footwashing experience. Plenty of stock available to choose from. Won't be disappointed at all with this business. Try them out.

This is the 3rd time I've taken my dog (esp) for a full groom, the first time there were 2 girls, they were fantastic, the clip was good and my dog was relaxed and happy, the second time it was another lady who had left chunks missing out of his coat, it was uneven with clipper marks all over, his tail was all.sorts of lengths and his neck area had been left unclipped, giving it another go I went back, explained what happened last time, it was the same lady as the previous time, its a very simple clip, no 3 all over, on arrival there was a loose dog barking and leaping about, my dog became anxious and nervous before even going in, we had to wait while she cleaned up dog mess by the door, when I went back to collect my dog he was in the corner loose with no collar on, shaking, the groomer who was clipping another dog on the table proceeded to let this dog loose in the room, barking and jumping about, I went to pay where I could see my dogs ears hadn't even been clipped, the sales assisant said i could go back, at that point it wasnt an option i could see it wasnt a good job, once home his clip was as bad if not worse than before, uneven clip, tail was a mess, chunks of fur missing, ears untouched, fur between his toes untouched, $90 to have to re-do it myself is disappointing, pet barn needs to make sure they actually have professional, experienced staff, I won't be using this service again

Highly disappointed. Did a same day delivery order in the morning for cat food as I’m isolating and can’t leave the house. Get a notification that it’s on its way shortly after - great! Still no sign of cat food by 5pm so I contact them over live chat, turns out they don’t have stock, never did, sent me the wrong email, and will take days to refund me (and cat still hungry). Very unethical and disappointing.

Staff are nice, lots of stock, some great specials and I love the pet safe wrapping paper.
Decent sized store, with plenty of variety. Become a member and save as well as collect points that you can add up to spend in store.

The groomer here is so good with our girl Hazel. And all the staff are very helpful and friendly. Great range with good pricing, especially with their member rewards

Store was well set out. I was pricing dog bed upgrades for my 2 elderly dogs I was not approached or assisted by any staff I took my business and money elsewhere

If you have a dog and need something you can take them in and the staff are very attentive and will correctly fit anything that you need so that you can be sure that your dog is secure and safe

Vicki is great, she clipps my dogs nails who is really hard to do. Great staff who help and lets u know all the nitty gritty things around discounts:)

Noarlunga store has friendly staff, a bug range of products and food. They also have an awesome dog groomer.

Great for giving your dog a dog wash for $10 which is cash only though. Just check the prices of the dog treats. You can get them a lot cheaper at the supermarket.

Absolutely love coming here. Pet friendly wich is awesome having a support dog. Great savings on frequent buyers.

Had issues with my fish tank filter, got great service, very knowledgeable & really helped us out. Walked out the door armed with a lot of new information

Picked up my dog (rough coat collie) after paying $70 for a hygiene groom. Specifically asked them not to cut the fur near his ears. Specifically asked them to trim around his private parts. Just picked up my dog - who was still visibly wet. They have cut massive chunks out behind his ears, that goes down into his mane. And they've not trimmed anything around his private parts. Not to mention, I told them he was timid around other dogs and they let all dogs roam around together. Thanks for making my dogs 2nd groom such a horrible experience for him and me.

Edit to add* my dog has been anxious since arriving home and won't come out of his crate or let anyone near him.

Excellent above and beyond service today. Met some very cute, and wet, visitors who had come in for a bath

They have lots of merchandise, but only a few fish species and no kittens, birds or puppies. I suggest on line or from either R. S. P. C. A or Animal welfare league at the moment for animals as they are in high need of support. Otherwise this shop has everything for pet supplies plus tanks, lights, cages food and all pet toys and bedding
