I've been to psychologists before and always felt like I was spoken down to, even to the point of being told my anxiety was illogical (isn't that half the problem with anyone's anxiety?).
I was referred to Bec by my GP. I was sceptical as previously therapy had not worked for me.
Bec is the first to pick up on things that many have missed and has enabled me to live a more empowered life.
She has a person centred approach which is relaxed and does not have any superiority. I feel heard and understood and whenever an appointment approaches I don't fight with myself about cancelling because I don't want to go. I look forward to working through things and growing.
I have readily suggested her services to friends!
