Great golf course with greens well maintained and good prices! Fairways are hard to hit, must be just me.

Have played here dozens of time it's my local course and for a 9 hole course it's great. The third is my favourite a 254m drivable par 4.

Another great northern suburbs 9 hole course. They've really upped their game since the renovations and introduction of the pro shop.

Be sure to pick up a bucket of their honey from the bar. It is delicious!

Friendly place to play golf nice putting practice green and ok driving range. Not long course but plenty of trees. Course greens are fantastic. Friendly staff give it ago.

Great course and value for money. Greens are very fast. Only played 9 holes. Challenging bunker positions.

Easy access, very tidy course challenging by the use of different putting cup on the second round, club house has just been updated

Just a great family environment, we need to support these little clubs else they will simply disappear sadly. Volunteers work so very hard to keep going.

I play for Penfield and I have found it to be a friendly club. We would like a lot more people to come along. On Monday night we have Bingo from 6.30pm to 10.00pm, come along, it’s a lot of fun, and the crowd is friendly and a lot of fun also. Penfield also have indoor bowls and a lot more social events.

Friendly staff and great driving range rates. Course is in reasonable condition and plays with variety.

Had a great day, with some TLC this course will be very good again and they're on the right track.

Great course fairways offer a lot of run being quite hard underfoot with a lot of grass coverage. The greens are fast and well maintained giving a true roll. I feel this course is must play for all those new to the game due to the 9 hole layout and flat lie makes for an easy stroll and fairly easy to find wayward hits. Lower playing handicappers will enjoy this little beauty too with some quite long par 5s at the start and end. The people running the clubhouse are always friendly and happy to see you and have a great yarn to spin too. Drink prices are cheap enough to stay for another round after your game.
I would rate this course as 6/10 with 10 being very challenging. So when next your looking for a game try this little gem out you won't be disappointed.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Used the range, but seemed a little short for my driver. 2-3 flags in the range for accuracy practice. Some really nice chipping and putting practice areas. Very well maintained course. Very reasonably priced.
