Pebble & Palm Interiors

I accidentally found this shop and was very happy to have a look around, it was a beautiful sunny Saturday and the shop was rather busy, I found two pairs of earrings that I was able to buy, one pair are hand made out of paper by a woman that lives in Sydney and that definitely confirmed the fact that I wanted to buy them.

Had a terrific retail experience here today. Great quality products and warm, comfortable atmosphere. But it was Mel's genuine, welcoming nature, and knowledgeable customer service that absolutely shone.

Amanda and her team always provide great advice and are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you get what you are looking for. So many lovely items to choose from and a great spot to grab a present for that friend that has everything.

A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of attending a workshop at Pebble and Palm Interiors. This was a very well presented and imformative presentation by Amanda who is the owner and an Interior Designer. Her knowledge and skills have been a great help to me in styling my home. I highly recommend these workshops.

I came across this store quite by accident and so glad I did. It is filled with the most amazing home wares that will suit all types of decor. Amanda the owner is very friendly and down to earth who is more than willing to help you with your choices to suit your home. Nothing is too much trouble and she will make you feel more like a friend than just a "customer"! Thanks to her she has helped me to transform a once boring and dull room into a space that I am very proud to call home. I will definately continue my patronage with Pebble and Palm Interiors. I am delighted with this new and beautiful homewares store! Not only is the stock amazing but the shop owner is absolutely gorgeous and really knows her stuff! I walked out with some beautiful new additions for my home and was given great advice on how to make it work in my space. I will definitely be back!

I had been so excited to see a new interior store open almost at the end of my street. I hadn’t had time to stop and look until yesterday and I was extremely disappointed in the non existent customer service.
I entered the store, a lady was sitting behind the counter looking at a laptop. I saw her eyes just lift off the screen briefly and look back down. I walked in further, no smile no greeting. I walked in front of her at the counter, around to look at some clothing on the other side. Glanced at the tables and still no smile, no hello, nothing. Whilst there were many lovely things I walked out.
As a new store I would have thought that customer service would be most important. As someone with many years in the retail business and interior design I can say that I will not return to this store and continue to give my business to those who want it.
Maybe she judged a book by its cover as if thrown on my track pants to pick up my daughter from school. Either way the business won’t last long in this tough industry if there is no attention given to customers.

I loved it, was a great new store near marion and found some nice things to get my friends, family and self for christmas
