I am so confident about my partners test results. She is getting good results in mock tests but the results they gave are all showing how they are just making money.they are harassing international students.

There main aim is to only earn money. Noting else

Tried to contact Pearson VUE for the 5th time today. They keep asking to call back in half an hour as their system is down. So poor customer service.

Everyone is very rude and one guy came while I was doing the repeat sentence to tell me to close the cap of the pen, how funny, I didn’t get my desire score only for this reason.

They charge allot but they don't provide private cabins even they monitor through cameras. Noise destruction issue at every test centre. I was hearing other people's voice in my recording while checking my microphone. I couldn't get my desire score but you can't make complaints about it because the staff already said we can't do anything for you if you have any issues talk to PTE and PTE doesn't even respond because of their monopoly. And in Adelaide there are only 2 centres and you can't even find your desired dates available. I come from port Augusta for the test, it's more than 300 km drive because I don't have other options.

The equipment there was not working well and the staff wasn’t helpful at all. The lady was so rude to me when I asked for help to report the equipment issue after the test. Please DO NOT choose this test centre and DO NOT waste your money!

Good location and nice ambient for the test, however some of the staff I think they aren’t very nice. If you go to the toilet during your break time, just make sure if you understand how to return to the test room, there is no direction and you get lost as you need to return from different door.

Straightforward process during my test day (25-May-2020). I started at 8am, the 2 test facilitators that day were both very efficient and kind to all the test takers.

Very cooperating staff, well managed environment for the test takers, information presented well, concisely and comprehensively.

Worst center. I got some noice in my mike testing so I told to supervisor but She said it is okey and I got low score its happened twise same problem and suprvisor was also same for both test.

I am not sure why people are complaining. Probably I will have to do it again haha but that's not the exam centre fault.

I had my exam this morning, the staff were very professional. They explained everything to everyone and I didn't feel disrespected at all.
It was an exam condition and they had to make sure no body is cheating.
The staff were very polite and I didn't feel they were rude at any point.
Definitely I will recommend this test centre. The room's temperature was nice, the equipment were good. (During the exam you will hear other people answering their questions if you concentrate on your tasks it should not be a big problem. (It will be better if it can be solved, but I didn't feel it was a big deal for me).

I read the reviews before the exam and I thought I will meet rude people, dont worry, they will be nice to you.
My exam started at 8 and finished before 11. There are medium size lockers for your stuff.

I did my PTE test yesterday and the guys were really polite and kind! Very organised and make me feel comfortable despite of the too many rules! It was a good experience! I really recommend this place for PTE test!

I got interrupted during listening test for summarizing lecture and missed out a whole chunk of information just to be told to lower down my typing volume.

Very very Bad PTE center. I will never ever recommend this center. They don't have basic ethics. During the exam, they enter the room multiple times due to which you are obviously distracted. They stand at your back as if you are cheating, although they have checked you completely at the beginning. They can monitor you from cctv, still they like to enter the exam room and distract others.

WORST CENTER. The lady in charge of the test was very rude. They were frequently coming inside the test room which leads to a complete DISTRACTION. It really takes a lot of time to gain back your focus. They even stand inside the room for long time. I have written PTE test in other countries also but they never entered the test room once the test starts, giving you your ample space.

It was okay, well, people are cranky in the morning in general and so all staff were. The site was clean and tidy. It would be great if staff show smile on face and give directions more politely:)

Poor pte test venue. I was treated like a prisoner there. A big women asked everyone 'stand off the wall'. And another old man said 'see you again' when I left. What did that mean? A curse? The room for the test was awful either. I could not focus on my test in speaking as everyone spoke extremely loud and candidates can be easily interrupted due to this.
