Pavlos Motel

One of the best motels I've stayed in, price was great, pool was available and the bed was so comfortable! Will definatly be back. 10 outta 10, thankyou!

Worst dirtiest hotel I have ever walked into in my life. Would give minus stars. Don’t know how the council lets this place operate in terms of cleanliness. Yuk. Went to check in got our room key, looked at the dirty smelly room and went to reception and left.

Look it's a budget motel so don't expect 5 star accommodation. The rooms were clean and Good value.

Out dated rooms. Mattress slogged out. Burn marks on my pillows. Couldn’t even sit on the toilet properly. There was dirt and grass on the footpath outside my room (see attached pictures) the smell of cigarette is prominent throughout the area.
I wouldn’t expect to pay anymore than $70

Booked in and out within 10 minutes, as myself and my husband have sleep apnea machines and there was no power points as according to the owner the room is being done up and the electrician needs to come back to put them in. He also has a attitude very poor will not recommend this place.

Poor customer service with unhygienic house keeping. The owner was Indian and he asked the guests to clean their own rooms instead of getting room service. We did it even get the clean towels and had to buy the towels from outside.
I will never recommend this motel to any one.

I was very disappointed in the lack of understanding by Pavlos Motel management when our 4 year old got gastro 4 hours after checking in the their large family room
I had paid for 2 nights and expected some relaxation of the no refund policy when we checked out immediately so as not to ruin any linen, mattress and carpet area or pass on to guests and staff
I did not expect a full refund but asked if we could use the 2nd night payment for another night in the next few weeks
This was flatly refused with the comment “I rarely get bookings for the large family room you had” but you can book again at 50% discount
I had sent a positive email and text about the staff, rooms and pool and stated it was an unusual circumstance that we had to check out I got no reply to either so several days later I rang the manager
I feel his customer relations skills were definitely lacking

Shame on the owner / manager of this disgraceful accommodation! It is obvious upon driving in that the motel is neglected. Tiles are ready to fall from the verandah roof. The grounds are ramshackle and overrun. The pool is dirty.

When we saw the room allocated to us there was just one door hanging off the wardrobe, the ironing board had no cover, there was no iron, the refrigerator was iced up and we did not see any towels.

We asked the receptionist for an iron and a useable ironing board and the answer was "No. Yours is a budget room. ". (There were two irons on the bench behind the receptionist.) We asked to cancel our booking and the answer was "You have to do that through Wotif. "

It is apparent that in the past this motel was well cared for, and at least the bathroom we saw had been renovated not very long ago. But now it is a different story!

We had driven from Canberra to this motel and there was no other accommodation available so we had to impose upon relatives.

This place has changed alot from a few years ago its now home to alot off poor unfortunate people in terrible circumstances. And it shows the motel isn't kept up like before it's pretty run down

Very helpful and understanding. They helped my son out in his situation. Friendly people. Lovely rooms also has a pool

We have stayed for 4 nights due to our air conditioner being broken at home. The owners have always opened the pool and had beautifully clean rooms with coffee and fresh milk. Good sized rooms.

Let’s start with the witch at the front desk, rude and smelly. It’s advertised as pet friendly and when we checked in and mentioned we had pets they moved us from what I can presume as a nice room to clearly the cheapest room they had. When I said I paid for the better room the witch said that we couldn’t stay if I was unhappy with the room. The room smelt like stale cigarettes and everything was disgusting. Out the front of the room we had a very nice old red couch with some random clothing spread on it and clearly some bodily fluids on it, the other side there was a broken pram with rubbish scattered around it. From check in to check out was a total of 35 minutes. DO NOT stay here.

This place firstly is a massive eye sore from the street. The fencing is all vandalised. Half broken fences covered with iron sheeting. Down the side a power pox surrounded by piles of rubbish, weeds and graffiti. The rooms smell like cigarettes and are so dirty. Cockroaches found in my bed. People in other rooms slamming doors and screaming all hours of the night/morning. The owner was so rude and un helpful and didn’t want anything to do with any of the issues. This place needs some serious renovations and better staff. Surley if he can afford his Range Rover parked out the front in a plastic tent he can afford a few upgrades. The place looks like a absolute dump. Would never stay there again.

It's a very cheap and low graded motel. Just visited a mate who was in town for Weekend and felt a bit scared almost leaving the place.
Luckily I didn't have to walk far.
Its OK for a quick night if you need a place to rest or escape but think of much better motels esp when I heard it was $95 a night? !
The Swimming Pool looks a bit divey but hey it's in the Northern Suburbs so you can't expect a 5* gig.

We had a fantastic stay, everything was clean and tidy. Very friendly staff too.it is away from the city hubub and a very reasonable price. Will always stay here if a room available at the time. Thank you.

*DO NOT* RECOMMEND STAYING AT PAVLOS!
1: reception attendant was VERY rude!
2: the pillows were covered in brown sweat and looked like urine stains.
3; there were broken light/lamps that looked burnt out. (DANGEROUS).
4: There were power boards hanging out of bedside cupboard.
5: when I asked reception for a towel I was told I had to pay an extra $5 for the towel because I had booked my room online.
All in all I was very disappointed in every aspect of my stay an Pavlo's!
I will never return here at all and advise people to look anywhere else first. DONT STAY HERE!

Discusting facilities and poor water pressure, does have a pool and they have kindly opened their doors to homeless people during covid

What place kicks people out at 11pm at night then only gives half the money back. The service well there was not there. The sheets smelt like stale smoke will never go to this place again

Not bad just a place to sleep but not much else would not recommend there are better in the area but if you just need a place to stay then this is perfect
