Paul Munns Instant Lawn

I contacted Munns to get some new lawn. They put me onto Garden Needs. After my initial consultation with Simon I immediately felt like we were on the correct track path.
Simon's work ethic, communication and general understanding were exceptional.
We had a roller-coaster of renovations and Simon knew our brief, knew our needs and he just delivered.
The lawn looks far better than we'd imagined and I have zero doubt my family get so much enjoyment from our new yard.

2023 I went again to get the lawn and irrigation for the front yard and they are still as good and friendly and always. Highly recommended.

Paul Munn's instant lawns provide a great variety of turf to choose from which potentially are an improvement on the competitors in terms of texture, visual appearance and maintenance. After choosing Kenda Kikuyu, the staff connected me with Garden Needs who came out to quote. I explained my issues with the previous lawn and irrigation system. This time a significant amount of additional soil removal and preparation was done. Irrigation installed with solenoid valves to prevent leaking. Both Munn's and the landscaper provide lots of after care advice. I can now understand why my grandfather also choose to get his lawn from Munns many years ago. We are extremely happy with the customer experience and final result.

Great customer service, staff are extremely helpful. We gave the design and they had the irrigation all sorted for us. Just had to pay and collect it. They are happy to answer all the questions.

We are so chuffed with our Kenda Kikuyu, it arrived perfectly green and fresh and full of happy little worms even after a long 1.5 day freight. It looks amazing.

Purchased Kings Pride to pep up a shady front lawn. Followed Muns advice on laying and nurturing. It performed as promised and received great feedback. The envy of the neighbours.

I have laid turf in Europe, I have laid it in other states of Australia, I purchased a small order for my mums and cannot express how impressed I was by the whole experience with Munns and the incredible quality of turf I was furnished with. Five, big, whopping shining stars

Quality products and service. But the ingress and egress is very poor. Beware of cars leaving the very small entry point when pulling in.

Definitely not worth the trip,
I had a very unpleasant customer experience recently & I can honestly say do not bother with these people.
Waiting for the lady to finish with the previous customer is totally fine, then she finished with that person & had some things to do with the computer… also fine…. 4 or 5 mins later another lady walks in and waits to be served to which the girl behind the counter says hello one moment…
Then the fella working there walks up & serves the lady standard behind me, with the girl busy at the computer knowing exactly what is happening,
This is absolutely disrespectful customer service,
I walked out & will never walk back in,
Mind you I spend thousands with this company doing our new homes lawns front & back & was visiting for some items to maintain this lawn.
If I were to treat my clients like this we would not have a business to operate.
We found a reputable lawn business online that afternoon & would be more than happy to share.

Good quality turf and nice staff instore.

However on the occasion of delivery, instructions given were not followed by delivery staff. I can appreciate this may be an issue with the delivery subcontractors, however staff at Paul Munns did not provide any solutions to the issue, other than a discount on fertilizer. This meant I had to transport 30sqm of lawn through my house (rear yard not accessible from front) to get to the rear yard, even when accessible via laneway drop off as I specified.

Furthermore, upon ordering another 1sqm of lawn to fill a remaining section of turf, we were told this would be on hold and to pick up anytime after 830am Tuesday. This turned out not to be the case and we were given the last roll of turf available. Plus we were charged a higher rate for the same grass ($12 vs $10.30 - not worth arguing over in the end).

They have been so so helpful and knowledgeable both times we have been. We bought our grass there and they gave us heaps of information to assist us to install ourselves.

Put together a full irrigation system for my yard very last minute. Great service highly recommend!

Had yard cleared, lawn delivered next day. Really nice driver too. No problem placing it conveniently for us. No bloody akward pallets either to worry about-brilliant. Fine leaf couch bought, and never looked back. Hardy without the aggressive

Brilliant, caring company who put you, the customer first. They go out of their way to get the best outcome and satisfaction. They have a very professional team that landscapes for them. Can't recommend them highly enough.

From the initial phone call for a quote until the day my turf was delivered, I can not fault the exceptional customer service and communication provided by Paul Munns.
The delivery of my turf was right on time and the exact quantity ordered was provided. The quality of the turf was fantastic: considering it was a hot day, it remained green, healthy-looking and hadn’t dried out during transport.
Thank you from a happy customer- I will definitely be using Paul Munns again after this experience.

Just got back from visiting these guys and Matt was super helpful and very patient with me asking him so may questions. Great service and would highly recommend.
