Ordered a large quantity of food and they still delivered amazing quality at a great price would rate 11 out of 10 if possible

Great place to grab some lunch with friends and loved ones. Good honest food delivered in large portion providing excellent value for money especially for those taking home a doggy bag.such a great selection of Italian mains, deserts as well as roasts, ribs, salads and more

Huge range of heat and cook meals and gorgeous coffee and cakes to.enjoy with lovely staff for guidance if needed.

Coffee is great, staff are friendly and consistently good food. It can get very busy so I'd you like a quiet spot this isn't for you. Recommend the stuffed capsicums and salads are simply moreish.

I must of cuaght you on a bad day? Your customer service was terrible and the food very bland.size of serving is good but that's about all the positive i can say.

They have great food, healthy and lots to choose from but it isn't cheap. It isn't hard to compare in these high Italian community suburbs as there are lots of cafes all within a short commute from one another. They should do their own research on pricing.
Their range of take home meals is extensive from soups to pastas plus the have a small deli section and they sell a little packaged uncooked pasta, oil and vinegar too.
They have plenty of seating if you just want to visit for a cuppa. Though I wish they had a cash register where the barista is and where you order your coffee. The way it is at the moment after ordering your coffee you have to get in the queue where other customers are ordering and waiting for take away food which can take an extraordinary long time especially when there is only one girl handling this line and the register. If your coffee is delivered before you had a chance to pay it can get quite cold.
I can't see why they don't make room for an extra cash register when the has many in it?
The reason why they lost one star is because of their prices.
The reason they lost their second star is because of how you have to get in another queue to pay.

I am a regular diner and have found that the food is amazing and very reasonably priced. The range is very large and appealing. Typical Italian cafe with very large servings and great coffee and cakes.worth the visit.

It was fantastic. Excellent service. The meal was beautiful and value for money. I would highly recommend it.

Love Pasta Deli, they have the best food and customer service. Meal portions are super generous! Tried most of their eat in and takeaway options - love them all!

Was made to sit outside with two kids under the age of three on a cold day because the unused table inside was not available due to social distancing. Fair enough.the next group of customers (tradesmen) after me were then allowed to sit on the exact table! Rude manager didn't care

Great range and amount of ready made pasta meals, salads, soups and desserts. Very clean and spacious, the chilli ravioli meal we had last night was delicious

Love the bombolini here and the coffee is good to. Prices are really reasonable compared to other coffee shops

Amazing customer service, always friendly. I bought 2 soups and a pasta. They were okay a bit average. The salads I bought were great! Easy for work as well.

Either remove tables so your staff can cope or hire more staff who can cope with the amount of customers. Despite making a mistake older gentleman with glasses was apologetic and polite unlike the blonde staff member who looked like she had sucked on a lemon. I also saw her smoking out front that probably had something to do with a lack of productivity and liveliness. If a customer asks a question it's good customer service to answer it. The afformentioned former staff did this wonderfully whereas the blond one simply never came back with an answer. When the food finally did arrive my 2yo son barely ate anything. He literally had 4 ravioli from my friends plate. Although the food was 5 the experience was marred by mistakes and lack of staff.

It has a wonderful extra large dining space. Great for extra large functions.

A week ago in SAT. I went there with my colleague. A Food is looks so good. But it isn't matched my favorite. I felt wired things when I chewed potatoes and broccolis. I felt sand inside. It was not peppers.

Nice food and coffee. Service on the other hand is not great. Waiting times even when quiet are far too long. Could really benefit from having a decent manager in place. No efficiency in order placing. What should take 1-2 minutes often takes 4-5 leading to long waiting times.

The place is really goods. It's a big dining where you can have a seat, have a coffee with dessert or having a meal. My partner and I have tried the lasagna, a few different salads, sandwiches and the chicken Parmigiano. Every time we go there we know that we are going to have a great meal and the plate sizes are generous. Fresh food definitely. The staff is always friendly

Great food! Very fresh and generous serves. Prices are reasonable. Authentic Italian food. Highly recommend. It's always busy. They have lovely cakes and delicious gelati too.

Fantastic Italian cafe, the coffee and food are fresh and delicious. The cafe has a real community vibe and the staff are very friendly. Would highly recommend for a morning coffee with friends
