I've got helium balloons from here twice in the past year and have been happy with them on both occasions. They lasted longer than expected and were nicely arranged. The staff were friendly and patient as I took a while to decide on colours and how I wanted the balloons arranged. I would recommend this business.

Went there Saturday afternoon at 4.30pm after our helium tank at work had ran out. The girls were extremely helpful and blew up 30+ balloons for me just before closing! Thank you so much your help, you saved the events we had booked Saturday night!

The shop front is a disgrace, had to double check to see if they were still open. Inside is is appalling, dirty carpets and store in a mess! Are you running this business into the ground on purpose? It once was a great store, clean with great customer service! Not Now

Excellent reliable service, great advice and products. Always satisfied with end product and everyone is always left with big smiles from the balloons.

Terrible phone twice to book a pickup today at 12.30. I got a price for 2 personalized balloons and 3 smaller ballons tuesday. Called Friday morning after confirming with our customer it was ok to be told it was $10.00 more. I offered to pay but was told i could pay when I picked them up Sunday. When I got there at 11.25 today the girl had no idea about the order and finally found the paperwork. She was by herself but did her best to do it for me. No one there to help her and 3 different customers walked out after waiting for ages. I had to wait over 2 hours to get them done. I'm surprised they are still in business and when you call its vertually impossible to understand the person on the otherend. Will have to improve a lot for me to order from them again.

Walked in with big ideas and left extremely happy. They did such a great job! Will be back for more.

You know if they had people who could speak english and understand what people want it would be great but my experience was disastrous and stressful and just wrong. It shouldn't be that hard to order balloons for a special occasion. If you don't want a headache then I suggest you don't call this shop. Oh deary my. No offense or racism intended. Cheers

Friendly staff. Some stock displays look depleted. Hours very handy - can collect balloons on Sunday morning.

I think these guys are under new management
Over-priced, terrible service, range is average at best, they stuffed up our order (ended up with balloons for a 7yr old girl rather than an 11yr old boy), no environmentally friendly options, tried to convince me that latex balloons were biodegradable (nah mate!) he lied to me several times, constantly tried to up-sell and totally wasted my time and burnt out my patience.
I’m normally happy to pay a bit more to support a local small business but next time, I’m going to Big W.

All your party needs at a fair price. Even had goods that weren't available anywhere else. Helpful staff.

Great place for party things I always go there. They always have what I want. And the girls are so lovely nothing to much for them. And so friendly. Try them out they won't dissopoint I've been going there for years. And they are open 7 days a week. Thank you girls for always looking after me.

Party Shop 24/7 can help you create balloon arrangements to suit any theme. They can even do vinyl stickers for signage which is super handy. They are always friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble!

But had a lot of fun buying a beautiful assortment of large colorful balloons.

They had a good range of party stuff. The gentleman's customer service was pretty pathetic and it was a rip off price. I purchased 3 helium balloons and was charged a fee for "arrangement" of the balloons. Must have taken them a good 2 seconds to "arrange" three balloons on strings.

We made an enquiry about personalised balloons the salesgirl pointed out that there was one at counter, the names were falling off and didn't look like something I wanted to pay for. Service staff were not overly approachable with that 'Get me out of here' look! Can't say staff were overly helpful.

Thank you to keep the large collection of balloons which I couldn't find in any other store.
