Parisi's Restaurant reviews
63 Firstly the atmosphere was so pleasant, staff where friendly and very helpful.
The food is some of the best Italian I have had. Perfect portion sizes and very balanced flavours. That said the size of the Ravioli prices was a fraction large. But it didn't take away from the amiably. 10/10
Owner on the phone and in person is very rude. Other staff are lovely, but the Owner is very aggressive.
Fantastic food, great efficient service, comfortable and spacious with a great atmosphere
Everything we had was delicious, fresh and with such an extensive menu, was hard to choose, will definitely be back
Great place if you're interested in waiting for your food. I don't think that I will rush back there. Otherwise it's not bad place.
A big risk when ordering steak at a general restaurant in opposed to a speciality steak restaurant is often it's not cooked to your request or its not tender. Well my Steak at Parisi's was one of the best steaks I have ever had, and I've been around, and my mate said the same. There were 8 of us at the table and we all thought our meals were exceptional. Service was also second to none. It was a great night, cheers, Rob.
I gave it 4 star not because of the food, which was 1st class, but because of the slow service and forgetfulness of staff.
Food took a long time to come out (50 plus minutes) & was only offered drinks once right at the start
Fabulous Italian restaurant. Friendly staff with a lovely atmosphere whether inside or in the courtyard.
Delicious food variety with local produce.
Family friendly or romantic.
Thank you traditional South Aussie family!
Nice food. Nice staff. Pleasant atmosphere. But our waiter didn't write our order down. Tried to just remember it in his head. As a result, one of the main meals at our table wasn't delivered until the rest of us were done eating. Wasn't a great experience! An apology was given.
Delightful meal, cooked to perfection, great choices best Italian Cuisine,
Amazing staff, highly recommend Always feel welcome at Parisis, such a beautiful
atmosphere.
Always great food, and wonderful staff.great place for a meal before a big night.or just to catchup with friends or family!
Great staff and service. Just wish I didn't get sold on the lamb pie special by the waitress. Can I have some lamb with that pastry?
The food was excellent, and so was the service. The service from one waiter could have been better, but they mentioned later that it was his first day so that's fair enough. Overall very satisfied, would definitely go back there again.
Not usually one to leave bad reviews but sometimes an hour long wait gets on ur nerves. Goes without saying the food isn’t worth the wait either
Great food and atmosphere. Visiting Adelaide but have been recommended to dine here. Very impressed.
The ambience is really nice and relaxed. The sidewalk seating is a nice spot to sit and have a few drinks, the wine list is extensive and well balanced.
The staff are very friendly, helpful, and attentive.
The food we had there a few months ago was very tasty and well priced. I very much enjoyed the dining experience.
Lovely atmosphere, unobtrusive yet friendly staff and best of all the scrumptious plates of food. This is a 'special occasion' restaurant for my family.
I had a booking for 3 on arrival I had a friendly greeting and place was packed and buzzing, we got seated and offered water straight away.
We ordered garlic bread and aricini balls with a bottle of wine to start and Calzones for our mains.
Wine was bought to us immediately and on pouring waiter spilled wine and did not wipe the bottle clean afterwards. We had to make them aware as it all over the bottle and going on the table, once aware wiped the bottle clean and wine on table but should have been more proactive.
The garlic bread is on focaccia bread it was nice and warm, fluffy with a nice flavour, enjoyed it so much had to order a second serve.
The aricini balls were a pea and cheese serve in a napoli sauce with parmesan on top, it was appealing to the eye but taste it was bland and lucked flavour, the sauce also lacked flavour and there is no salt or pepper on the table to assist and it was a disappointing dish.
One of the waiters noticed we finished our bottle of wine and quickly asked if we needed another bottle, we advised not at this stage and to my surprise she just walked away and left the empty bottle on the table.
Our Calzone came out they were smaller serves then what you get at La Trattoria which is what I am used to. The calzone dough was nice, the filling had good flavour. The bolognese sauce lacked flavour and overall after the hype of this restaurant and comparing it to La Trattoria it did not meet my expectations but it was still an ok dish.
Overall it was and ok experience the staff are nice enough, the food is ok but there was no wow factor that left me feeling I needed to come back.
Went for shared food option, including salmon pizza and dessert pizza. Thought we'd need to order more food than we actually did. Very filling and fresh. Solid menu with lots of dishes to choose from. A good value eatery with fun and attentive staff.
