It was absolutely disgusting Persian food I’ve ever had! Chicken was uncooked and was served with little rice! I will never ever order food from this restaurant again!

Pardis Restaurant is an absolute gem nestled in the heart of the city! From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was captivated by the warm and inviting ambiance. I had the pleasure of dining at Pardis, and I must say that it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. I am delighted to share my wonderful experience with you all.

Let's start with the food. Oh, the food! Pardis serves up a culinary feast that will leave you wanting more. Every dish I tasted was bursting with flavor and prepared with the utmost care. From traditional Persian delicacies to international fusion creations, their menu offers a diverse selection that caters to a wide range of palates. I highly recommend trying their lamb kebabs and saffron rice; they are truly out of this world! The freshness of the ingredients and the exquisite flavors truly showcase the culinary expertise of the chefs at Pardis.

Now, let's talk about the shisha. Pardis boasts an exceptional shisha lounge, providing a laid-back and enjoyable atmosphere for shisha enthusiasts. The quality of their shisha is second to none, with an extensive range of flavors to choose from. Whether you're a seasoned shisha connoisseur or a newbie looking for a unique experience, Pardis has got you covered. I found myself completely immersed in the relaxing ambiance, enjoying the flavors and the company of friends.

One of the standout aspects of Pardis is their exceptional staff. The team at Pardis is not only highly profession with a special mention to Mehdi and the really amazing Rachel.

As a Persian who lives abroad for more than a decade, every time I come by here and order Ghormeh Sabzi, I feel like I'm home.
Ghormeh Sabzi in here is delicious as well as Gheymeh.

I bought rice and three combo Shoshone kebab minced kebab and chicken. Oh my god the rice was coloured by food coloring not saferan, it was soooo salty couldn’t eat it, the kebab was rubbery and was marinated in salt, they were burnt couldn’t have more than two spoon funny enough my cat and dog smelled and didn’t eat it al all. Never ever again will go back, I was so much looking for persian kebab but it was nothing even close to persian kebab, I believe the name has to changed from paradis to hell.

Extremely upset with the overall experience. The lady taking the order was rude and condescending. Ordered chicken kebab and received 1 single kebab with nan bread and the taste was extremely bland. The kebab was greasy and had a weird cheesy flavour to it, the salad on the side tasted better. The taste and the portion size did not justify the price tag at all.
P. S-The lady that served the food was very polite and courteous.

I don’t know what happened or if the ownership changed, but we stopped here tonight and they no longer served Persian dishes. The rice was brown and greasy, the chicken was oily and fatty, and they no longer served koobideh (gave us shish kabob and said it was the same, but the taste was very bad). We ordered takeaway, so were out $40 for two meals we ended up putting in the bin because the taste and grease was so bad. We’d previously eaten here before and had a very different and enjoyable experience.

Pathetic customer service and owner’s rude behaviour for nothing. I reckon the owners are only polite with people from their own race.
Lately quality of shesha has been worst too. Used to smoke 2-3 shesha per week from here. Not coming back because of their harsh attitude and diminishing shisha quality.

I read through other reviews before I share my own and I noticed there are other people who had the same issue as me. So to share with everyone else, I should say the staff who work there are all rude and we had such a terrible experience being there. They are terribly rude and they don’t have any clue about customer service and how to talk and treat customers. You better not ever go there but if you ever go, you better not to try to ask for something as it could go crazy with their rude staff. There are plenty of good Persian restaurants in Australia and I have never had such a bad experience I had in Pardis restaurant. I asked about kebabs and they answered very weirdly and I felt discrimination and at the end they could not even answer my question. Terribly ruuude. It wasn’t just me but my friends also were shocked and you can read through other reviews and see other people had such an exact terrible experience too. Also the food quality is normal which you can find anywhere and I would say food quality is 5 out of 10.

The food has good quality & reasonable price. The staff are not customer friendly. One of them reached out & asked if we left a bad review which was absolutely weird. Even if so, they could ask nicely about the reason instead of suddenly showing up and ask who is the one who left the review. First time I've seen such a thing in Australia. But to be fair, the food was really good & affordable.

Such a fantastic night Mehdi and his team has made for a group of 14-people at a birthday party. By far, this is the most fabulous restaurent in Adelaide I've ever met. Just look at the photos and see the innovation and love behind the design; taste was just awsome.

The quality of the food was great. The service was good. It was a great night. It is recommended to others to try this restaurant for Iranian kebab.

Thought I'd try something different and went to Pardis instead of the usual Sofra House. It was alright, staff were friendly and food was good.

The place is located in West terrace and it is on a good spot. Among the four of the kababs, chicken and the minced lamb are better than barg and the lamb chop. Lovely taste of Persian kababs. The staff were very friendly and nice. Nice place to be if you want to try Persian bbq.
After second and third visits, i can say that they improved everything significantly. I really hope that they improve more and more. I will definitely visit the place for more good experience. I like the way they took the criticism and the way they care about the business and costumers. Well done to the staff. Maybe a bit more observation on the seasoning of shishlik and barg kababs would make it almost perfect.

My first introduction to Persian Cuisine, exceeded my expectations. Generous serving, fantastic service both Fereshteh & Mehdi were gracious hosts, their hospitality, was like being welcomed into their home.

The most disrespectful customer service I ever experienced. We made our order and while waiting the waitress came and said sorry we don’t have one of the meals. I changed my order and later she came again and said sorry we don’t have it too. I changed my order again. Anyway when she brought the meals, one of the meals was not what we ordered. I said I didn’t order this. First she said you did. Then said oh we run out of the meal you ordered that’s why we brought this. I said ok I have it and she said there is customer for it if you don’t want it. Anyway we said it’s ok and we had our meal. While having our meal, she served the same meal that they said “we run out” to their Irani customers. I never experienced such shocking customer service in my life. I felt disrespected and discriminated. OMG discrimination in a restaurant.

One of best tasty persian food i even had in my life with lovely staff and wonderful managent, also reasonable prices. Strongly recommended!
