Paramount Health is always a pleasure to visit. The professional and friendly staff always make the experience pleasant.
Staff are fantastic, always carrying a smile and delivering great service. In the short time I have been visiting this practice, I have truly connected with each and every staff member from Lina, Serena and Rachel at the reception to Paula and Bianca the nurses.
I don't have enough compliments for the doctors. Absolutely brilliant! They demonstrated genuine care by thoroughly exploring my concerns and problems. They always go beyond the bare minimum and advocate on the patient's behalf to other services. I have never come across such kind and smart doctors.
No wonder the appointments are sometimes hard to get. Totally worth it!
