Paralowie Chicken Mate

Ordered the nugget pack with chips and salad and they wouldn’t give us the salad because they ‘“Made a mistake with the menu” - change it! It’s advertised with salad on the board and in the menus to take home. Or at least tell us before we pay!

The last two times I've ordered a yiros, there's been no garlic sauce, that's the best part!

Pretty expensive for quality.
Wasn't a fan of anything from service, cleanliness or food.
Chicken was below average, seafood salad leaves tails on the prawns which I'm really not a fan of in a mixed dish but each to their own, chips undercooked.
Simply won't be going back. Disappointing experience. I like the touch of the old coin toy dispensers for kids, thats about it.

Came in to order some chips and the male owner was rude, seemed to be having a bad day and taking it out on customers.

Quite expensive for the amount you receive $7 for medium and when you receive a lot of unpleasant chips, can be quite off putting to return back to store. Friendly lady behind the counter just not very nice chips.

New owners are lovely and now the food is awesome and the shop is very clean, very happy to frequent this shop now.

Just finished a 1/4 chicken hot pack and chicken schnitzel pack. We are both very satisfied and glad to have received great quality food at a good price. Fast delivery, food was hot and delicious. This is how you run a take away shop! The shop itself is very clean and they obviously take pride in what they do under great management. Will be ordering from Chicken Mate regularly from now on, you won't find any take away shop around the area that can live up to this standard. 10/10

Thought I would try again after seeing new owners had taken over. I am very glad I did as the chickens were fantastic and the salads were very enjoyable. I recommend you giving this place another go.

New owners are excellent, nice people, great service, best food, first impressions last so we'll be back there regularly.

This mum/daughter duo are truly the best. You cannot beat, the prices of there fresh foods. Hot packs are a true value & divine tastes. The schnitzel packs are delicious, generous & YES breast fillet schnitzel, not the frozen fake processed chicken. Another favourite of our family’s menu is the many variations of pack meal deals. Hamburger with the lot, side of hot chips & a can of drink just $12 or don’t quote me exact prices, but I’m certain I’m close. Steak sandwiches again truly delicious and generous portions of steak. This is also one of the packs in a deal $14 with hot chips & a drink included. I’m yet to try the fish selections, but chips are yummy. And then there very clean. My favourite little shop️

Disgusting customer service and very rude! Food isn’t all that great either taking into consideration that’s it’s not the most fancy fish and chip shop

Five star reviews as I asked off for my trips to be lightly cooked and for once they were lightly cooked. I love a place who takes the time to listen to what their customers want

Lovely staff, i like that a minimum chips is $4 h they were really nice, If you like crunchy ones this is the place to go, & chicken nuggets were cooked perfect too

I ordered a plain hamburger while I was waiting I noticed that a blonde elderly woman that works there got a pre ordered hamburger and reconstructed it refreshing the lettuce, it was a piece of soggy slop. Tonight I seen the same person putting my fish and chips back in the basket as she must've forgot to put plain salt on my order and serve it up, disappointing!

Worst meal ever! Not even worth one star. Dim sims were under cooked and chicken snitty was dry old and crusty. Never waste my time going there again!
