Doctor Louis was so kind and caring. He is having lots of patience to listen to our problems and he responds well.

I always had the pleasant experience with Dr Singh she is so professional and helpful whenever i visit her either for myself or my son i am always assured that she will figure it out what is the problem. She gives lots of information. I would recommend everyone to visit her once

I found all the staff I dealt with to be very pleasant and friendly. I was grateful that I got an appointment quickly and received the treatment I needed. It is convenient having a pharmacy in the same building

Excellent Doctors and Staff. Need more car parking spaces and wider for larger vehicles. Only two disabled parking spaces more are needed.

Make sure you do turn your timer. Doctors intentionally taking time, making excused about system, printer, and taking more time in consultation and after what.
They going to charge you double.
It used to be so good but not happy about this scam.

Don’t be late for your appointment, because they are very quick. They always call the clients after 30-40 minutes of the appointment time. Please allow you extra time.

My husband and myself (Christina Hubbard) have been using the same doctors even before the recent move. We have always found all staff from receptionist, nurses and Doctors alike to be helpful and caring. Special thanks to Doctor Divya Sabharwal who is very thorough, and professional in every way.

I Was overcharged, i feel like i paid for my waiting time there. My appointment was at 2: 45 waited for about 30 min. Doctor took less than 10 min to recommend home remedy no medication were refered. Waited for another 20 min for nurse. She took approximately 3 minutes. Receptionist told me that they will be going to charge me for prolonged consultation. I was charged $140 for 13 minutes of there service and 50 minutes of my waiting time. Never seen this anywhere before.

All medical clinics have gone down the drain. The worst experience I've had with a gp was with a female doctor at this clinic - rude, doesn't listen, no compassion. What makes it all worse is they feel the need to respond to everyone's negative review. Where is the humility in that? People have the right to air their frustration, and the management trying to justify themself for the sake of hooking in more clients (customers****) is frustrating and a wrong. How about you listen to the people and aim to improve?

Very good service, Drs very knowledgeable, friendly service. Using same Drs for the last 10 years due to quality care they provide.

I have been attending this practice for 7 years. I have seen several different doctors over that time, as have my children, and we have always received incredible care. They often can fit us in on the day which has been so great for my sick kids and they treat the kids so well and warmly. The nursing staff and reception staff have always been so warm and helpful. Yes, sometimes there can be a wait at times, but not always, however i believe that wait times are everywhere and the wait is always well worth it and im always so grateful for them seeing us at late notice when essential.

Dr Divya has personally provided me outstanding service. When i miscarried my baby and was confused about what it all meant she stayed back to see me and provide me clarity, and at that time i hadnt ever seen her at the practice before. Years later when my OB advised her of my stillborn baby she went out of her way to call me to see how i was going, to check how i was sleeping and eating and to remind me she can help with any mental health support during this time, and of course sending her condolences. She is truly an incredible GP and I am forever greteful for her compassion and thorough service.

We've been coming to this practice for many years and have always found the doctors to be great at caring for their patients. They take their time to listen and investigate. I have never felt rushed or unable to talk to the doctor. While the wait times at the clinic can sometime be long, the care we have received has always been outstanding! Dr Sanjeev and his team have always done a wonderful job!

This is the fourth time booking an appointment and everytime I have waited over half an hour to over 1 hour. This sort of service is unacceptable and definitely requires attention as patients will leave the centre.

First time visiting The Paragon in hopes to find a doctor more understanding than my regular gp. All staff were friendly and clear with any instructions given, my doctor was especially exceptional. Informed me on my symptoms and aftercare in detail, made me feel very validated as a patient.

Quality of care is not good. Patients are waiting for long time and there is no communication with the staff what’s going on in the clinic. Too much Waiting for the follow up with the doctors Not good service

Totally disorganised and disinterested in helping clients with mental health. They’ll in fact make you wait months for nothing

Not even capable for 1 star. My partner had an appointment with Pranay Kumar and Neema Sekhar for some skin problem they diagnose it first time gave her medication prescription and called her for next checkup. On the second appointment they straight away told we are not able to understand real cause and problem and so you stay home for one week.
I mean their no talk abt the problem. I was like r this people doctors.

This is a great medical center, very helpful an efficent staff with a great selection of doctors especially Dr Rob Wright!
