Paradise Hotel reviews
80Staff very friendly and food good value they also have a vegetable bar plus salad not pushing take your time and enjoy.
I would like to say what a wonderful experience I had on my birthday 3rd October with 30 guests. The manager Hayden was just a delight soo helpful & such a gorgeous personality. U should be proud to have such a lovely man on board. We will definitely be returning
Waited ages to order. Staff kept walking past an apologising for the wait but still stood at the counter for 10 minuets.
Food is average i wouldn’t recommend anything but its not bad food.
Returning after the renovations and was extremely disappointed, it didn’t seem much of a change and the quality of the food is terrible compared to befor Reno’s, the salad bar didn’t look appealing at all and looked like it was placed on a back yard BBQ table, not a newly renovated hotel, such a shame we used to
Love this place for a family dinner
And some of the staff didn’t look very impressed to be there!
Got served by maddie last week, she and the rest of the staff were absolutely phenomenal, she paid close attention to my wife and I, always making sure we had drinks and food, absolutely lovely girl, we’ll be sure to come back.
My daughter had her 21st birthday party there last night. The staff were amazing. We had around 100 people there. The finger food was also great. The shift manager was a great bloke. Had a few good chats with him over the night. It was a great night and I highly recommend the Paradise Hotel. Hayden thank you very much for making Holli’s 21st stress free and enjoyable.
We had lunch. Had lengthy waits at counter to order food and drinks. Plenty of young staff but apparently not allowed to do much more than clear tables.but that took time too. Decor is apparently about to be updated again, which it needs. Food was fine.
We have been here twice in the last two weeks for birthdays. Callen was working by himself behind the bar both times and was flat out. He did an amazing job and was so friendly and helpful even when a child got injured and he had to deal with that too. Great service by all at this place, good enough that my daughter has decided to have her 21st there now.
Nice pub but the sports bar doesn't really have the screens to play a lot of sports just some horse racing and betting
I had grilled fish no chips and salad seniors meal my plate looked light I small piece of fish 2 mouthfuls otherwise beautiful setting great staff
Didn't stay overnight. Had a meal in the evening. The staff were fantastic and the food I had was cooked perfectly (steak med/rare).
Dinner for five last night. Meals came out quickly, staff were helpful, polite and friendly. Chips were amazing. Everyone was happy with their meals.
Having had a couple of good experiences at the hotel recently, decided to go there for lunch today, ordered the seniors roast. What a disappointment. The roast was one very thin slice of turkey cut in half, 4 small pieces of roast potato, some tiny cubes of roast pumpkin and half a plate of peas, corn and beans. Not good value, had far better for cheaper at another local hotel. Did voice our complaint to girl who cleared the table but found out as we were leaving that she hadn’t told her manager.
Group dinner was in an area that only had fans, no a/c and was quite hot and uncomfortable. Meals were OK but staff service both In taking orders and service left lots to be desired!
I have found this pub to be disappointing with regard to consistency. On one occasion it will be very good, but on the following two it may be very, very disappointing. I won't bother when there are plenty of fantastic pubs to choose from.
Management has changed pitty the chefs haven't cant even get a bowl of chips and gravy right bloody gravy looks and tastes like bloody dish water
Fantastic meals. Fish & chips was two beautiful pieces of fish, chips, salad. Chicken parmigiana was beautifully cooked.
I sent them an email a week ago with no reply so I will review publicly.
Bought a garlic bread and it came out black, sent it back. I also paid 34 dollars for a steak with cold chips and no salad dressing or gravy included as advertised, I complained - the dish was taken back to the kitchen and brought back with a minute with microwaved soggy chips. Obviously kitchen staff do not care. Don't risk wasted hard earned money to be treated like a fool. Go elsewhere.
Celebrated a 50th birthday at the Paradise Hotel.great food as always & the staff were just amazing. Went out of their way to make it a special day with some really cool treats & surprise. Thanks guys, we had a fantastic time?
Our first trip to our local and I’m extremely disappointed.
Chicken parmigiana was a thick chunk of crumbed chicken served with chips frozen peas with corn. The only thing edible on my plate was the chips. We won’t be back.
