Dr Sam is amazing always on the Ball everything, Cathy the nurse words cannot express her kindness and efficiency and professionalism, Melissa always does her job with a smile and fits you in for a appointment when ever she can all the other doctors there are always brilliant l am so lucky to go to Para Hills clinic.

Was told no doctor there would see me anymore for not attending appointments in the past (due to reasons they are aware of).

Banning a patient from their regular healthcare when they have mental health issues does not seem correct duty of care to me

This Clinic has a variety of services to offer. It has a comfortable, clean environment, with friendly staff and efficient medical care.

Would not send anyone to see "psychologist " georgie chrighton, she is rude and does not care about her patients
Check her list about "relationships " after finding out my son was dragged to see her by his mother she DID NOT CARE about the family situation at all but hung up on me when I told her truths

And clearly since you only reply to positive responses you aren't worth seeing

The reception is horrible. All the good doctors have left and now they have stopped bulk billing. Very poor service.

Dr Sam goes over and above for her patients and alway has time for you. She is simply amazing!
Mel the receptionist and Kathy the Nurse are just wonderful.

Me and my girls have been coming here for many years, our GP Dr Sam is the best so friendly, thorough, easy to talk too, and always on point. I highly recommend her. All other staff is Awesome too.

I hadn't been here before, but at my first appointment with this practice Dr Viljoen went above and beyond any experience I have had with a GP.

The staff at the reception were also very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the conversation during the short wait to see the doctor.

I normally go to McInytre medical centre but could not get in so they found me an appointment at para hills. I have multiple chronic health conditions and was in alot of pain. Even though all my records of multiple diagnosis was on my record the doctor scoffed at what I said I had been diagnosed with through a well known specialist. I felt humiliated and very small. He told me that his friend had the same illness and because his friends illness had gotten to the point of visual evidence this meant that I didnt have it as mine is not so visual. Invisible disease is hard enough without a doctor who is not specialised in this area to second guess and mess with my head whether I actually had this illness. He did try to be nice after he had me in tears but this is not good enough. I didnt disclose what I actually went for due to not feeling safe to do so as I didnt think he would take me seriously. Some training in sensitivity for chronic illnesses that your doctor is not specialised in would be well worth it.

Great friendly staff and I have never had such a caring Dr put in so much time into my well-being before at any other clinic. Highly recommend this clinic

I have been going to Para Hills Clinic for many years and am very happy with Dr Sam who is very thorough, all the staff there are fantastic and so friendly, I highly recommend this surgery.

My name is Sandra Cochrane and my grand daughters's name comes up here and I don't know how to delete it! I am writing in reply to Thomas Fuller who complained about the staff after being late for an appointment. Well Thomas I am the non person who was in the waiting room and your wife actually took my appointment! I have never come across anyone as rude as your wife. Mel the receptionist handled the situation like a professional, she wasn't cranky at all. Your wife was late for a her appointment (and not just 2 minutes late) and she was in Mel's face straight away, even to the point of going to the pamphlet board, getting one, and pushing it out to Mel saying "show me where it says that if you're late for an appointment it is cancelled! ". Dr Sam saw your wife and apologised to me for having to wait longer. The appointment was for 15 minutes and your wife was in there way longer than that. Mel asked me if I was ok and I sarcastically said that I was and that I had all day. Surely you would remember that Thomas. Your wife did not deserve to see Dr Sam at all, her behaviour was atrocious

I cannot speak more highly of the professional and friendly service at this clinic. From the moment you enter the reception you feel welcomed and cared for, which is great because you're not usually not feeling well when you go there. Both doctors that I have seen there, are caring and interact well with the patients to achieve good healthcare outcomes. All staff smile and go out of their way to cheer up the patients.

I have been going to this clinic for nearly 5 years and I have never had any problems. I absolutely adore the staff and how welcoming and supportive they all are. The receptionist Mel is wonderful and always happy to help and copes so well under the pressure of being out the front, welcoming the patients, answering the phones and helping the doctors at the drop of a hat. Any normal person would crack under that kind of pressure but she always greets us with a smile. My GP Dr Sam is honestly one of the best GP’s I’ve ever had. She is thorough and always doesn’t what ever she can to ensure that all of my medical needs are met. I don’t know where I would be without her and all of the staff at the clinic.

All the staff are very friendly, approachable, caring and efficient. I have always been treated with respect and would not hesitate in recommending this Clinic to others. The doctors are exceptional, as is the nurse and the receptionist.

I was looking for a lovely female doctor a while ago, and after being recommended Dr Sam from friends who absolutely love her, I am so grateful I have now found Dr Sam and the team at Para Hills clinic. All the staff are genuinely interested in me, are super nice and make me feel comfortable. Also, I never have to wait long to be seen. Top job guys!
