The pizza is amazing. The attitude in the owner is absolutely disgusting.
Waiting for more than 1 1/2 hours to be told it’s just been put in the oven, then to be told to never call again.

Simply the best pizza, nothing fancy loads of tasty topping, the place hasn't changed in years, but when the food is amazing that's a good thing.

You've let me down for the last time tonight guys. We order the same thing every week for 2 years, one out of five might be good.

We've put up with soggy bases, toppings not being drained, inaccurate pickup times and inconsistent pizza quality. I won't bother taking the chance again.

The pizza is the best down south i will say that. But after the experience I've just had with their delivery driver will never order from there again.after a 2 hour wait the driver finally came as i was already in the drive way she handed me my pizza and before i could say a word she abused me in front of my children about not saying hello? I was shocked! I rang the store to complain they proceeded to make an excuse that she had been in a car accident that weekend and was out of character for her i suggested maybe she should not be at work and was told then i wouldn't have my pizza delivered. Too angry to eat the thing now.

Hawaiian parmy packs arrived early, still hot, not over oily, chips still crunchy. Very happy pappy.

Absolutely disgusting. Waited nearly 2 hrs for pizza to be cold and incorrect. Rang them back was told we could get store credit on next order. Went to place order tonight and was told we could only get 10 percent off our order instead of replacement. What a joke. We won t be back.

Half a party wasn’t what we asked for. Was told 30 minutes & wasn’t even cooking after 30 minutes. Not offered anything for inconvenience. Horrible service pretty much every time I eat here. But they do good food.
So your best bet is to wait the 2 hours for your food to be delivered & hope you like semi what you ordered.

If you want to wait 1 hour and 55mins for delivery on a Thursday night for delivery. Go for it. What a joke

Pizza is fine but need to take more notice of the customers request when you ask for it to be cut into triangles.

Have been living in the south for 35 years.tried them all.pappy's is the best trust me. The home made lasagne is good too.however a little more pasta in it would make it perfect. Thanks pappy'sx

We wanted to try local pizza bars and we weren't disappointed! Pizza was great, delicious and the garlic bread omg its amazing, my absolute favorite.nice job guys.

Ordered 3 large pizzas for $42.75,1 of which was a chicken yiros and we received via pick up a lamb yiros pizza. Rang to explain, gave the name of who ordered and picked up the pizza 15 minutes beforehand and was told that name never ordered and also couldn't find a docket matching the phone number that we left with the order. Spoke to owner who offered a large pizza and garlic bread on credit for next time and that they'd take our details. After confirming details they reneged and said there is no lamb meat in freezer so had to have been a chicken pizza but it wasn't. I wasted 8 minutes on the phone with no positive outcome and we will not be returning as the other 2 pizzas were very average aswell.

Nice pizzas but had to wait 2 hours and 11 minutes for it to be delivered and when it finally came we received our $5 change in mostly 20 cent pizzas. They offered no discount. Service is atrocias but pizzas are nice. Still won't be going back. I don't go home tired from work to wait 2 Hours and 11 minutes and be given an estimated 45 minute wait. Clean yourselves up guys or you'll have no customers left

I love pizza and they make a pretty good one and have been for years a good menu to choose from

Awesome food, great selection, friendly staff
Only down side is how hard it is to get through on the phone, and inability to place orders prior to 5pm - would 5* if orders could be pre-ordered online or on phone.

Soo dissapointed, 28/9/18 2hr wait for delivery, told 45 min. Abusive on phone so i drove to shop and gave them a serve. Learn customer service or close your doors, it's just a matter of time
