Palm The Wokker reviews
25The best Thai restaurant in Adelaide. No need to be fancy or anything, the food quality is literally better than any restaurant in Adelaide.
Although it was my first time visiting this place, the food and dessert were delicious. It would be nice for several people to order a variety of things together and taste a variety of things. The service people were also nice and friendly. Although it was a bit far away, I think it was a good idea to visit.
Absolutely phenomenal food! So consistent and wonderful service every time. Definitely our favourite takeout place.
Food was fantastic and tasted like authentic Thai. Customer service was great and parking is just behind the restaurant off Trafford Street.
Moo ping, chicken wings and Choo chee chicken (Thai curry) are some of the recommendations. The pork belly dishes are also good.
My favorite Thai restaurant in Adelaide
We have visited Twice within 2 weeks, I wish I can go here every week but I live so far from here.
Came in with high expectations and left pleasantly surprised. Good Thai cuisine, friendly service
My favourite thai food in town. Super delicious and authentic taste. Plenty of parking. The only problem was the seating is pretty close to kitchen, so a bit noisy ️. But the food is definitely worth the money you pay.
What a find! Delightful little hole in the wall, loud and cheery with mind blowing aromas and sensational food.
Unbelievably tasty food. The chef on the wok is an absolute pro. Asian fusion of the highest quality. Great value too. Can’t wait to come back
Hands down one of the best Thai places in Adelaide. Great food and service. This will be my regular and i live in the other side of town.
Hands down best and favourite spot for dinner.everything is amazing and the workers are always serving us with a great smile and attitude. 10/10
I have visited multiple times and the food here is consistently delicious. Everyone I’ve taken is blown away by every single dish - incredible flavour and quality ingredients at such great prices. Chef Palm works magic with this wok. My favourites are the moo ping, Pad Thai, Kapoa roasted pork belly and pineapple fried rice, all washed down with a Thai milk tea. I’m so lucky this is close to home because I don’t have to travel far for delicious, authentic Thai food. I’ll absolutely continue to visit to try more of the recently expanded menu.
Chilli beef drunken noodles is highly highly recommended. I could probably eat that one a week.
So after two and a bit years living in Adelaide we have finally found, hands down the best, Thai restaurant in Adelaide, and I can safely say probably better than most Thai places I can recall in Sydney!
Hidden in a "blink and you'll miss it" suburban street in Ferryden Park, this hidden gem brings some amazing and authentic Thai flavours, as well as some pan-Asian dishes done better than their counterparts!
Chef Palm, although humble, knows his food and has some great experience up his sleeve and definitely knows how to cook!
We tried the pineapple fried rice with chicken and prawn, choo Chee chicken (great to see he uses breast meat and not thigh like most Asian places now days do!), Korean crispy chicken wings (I'm not a wing or bone man but damn they were good!), char kway teow with beef and we shared a fried ice cream. Soooooo so good!
Definitely a spot to make it regularly I'm sure!
Outstanding Thai flavors! Each dish was a delight, and the staff was and friendly. A must-visit for Thai food lovers. Will come soon!
Oooohhh boy, seriously the best Thai in town
Highly recommend: Moo Ping, Druken Noodles, Thai fried rice, Braised Pork Belly, stir fried minced chicken.
Papaya salad is not in the menu, I just asked and lucky they have the ingredients to make it. Be aware, spicy level is very spicy and it is made with marinated salted crab (Ba Khía) so let them know if you can't handle it.
Price is very reasonable, the place is surprisingly clean. Every dish has its own cutlery, soooo thoughtful?
Thank you team, you have me from now.
My friends and I shared 4 dishes and each was better than the last. Honestly some of the best food I’ve had.
The hospitality was great and the restaurant felt really homey. 11/10 highly recommend!
Deep fried eggplant entre is just the most amazing thing I have ever tasted.
Thank you for such a delicious meal:)
I am Thai and can confidently say that this place is hands down my favourite Thai restaurant in Adelaide. Authentic Thai flavours and aromas, complemented by the right selection of dishes at reasonable prices. Chef Palm is very experienced and his food just has the unique balance which works out well for everyone. It can get a bit smokey inside due to the hot flaming woks but that is what makes the place unique and that is how it usually is in Thailand anyway. Overall highly recommended and will definitely return.
Small cozy restaurant but really impressive! The food is absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in.
