Excellent service from the staff here. I had to send some wine samples to Europe for a trade show. They were packed on Friday and arrived on Tuesday! The paperwork and packing was expertly done ensuring a quick and safe journey. Would happily recommend, and use again.

Easy to work with, professional and patient. I was having 2 large boxes delivered to the USA, they kept the boxes while I finished my vacation then sent them when I requested. Through the process, before finalizing the package sealing, they allowed me to add to the boxes. My boxes were kept at the store from start to finish which was super convenient. The staff at this location were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The staff of Pack and Send were knowledgeable and helpful starting from giving a quote until the shipment was in the hands of DHL. The staff was patient in explaining details of the agreement regarding shipment. There was 200 fragile items in my shipment. There was 1 piece broken. I personally feel Pack and Send had done a good job. I, therefore, give 4 out of 5 stars.

Azadeh provided me fabulous services in dispatching my parcel. She is incredibly accurate and patiently explained available options suit for the shipment including the costs. I also found Tony quite nice and supportive, appreciate both.
I strongly recommend them for any type of parcel shipment.

These people are great. Easy to deal with and they get the job done. Sent a very old oil painting to the Netherlands and it got there without a blemish.
