Pack and Send Nailsworth are the most dependable and professional freight company I have ever had experience with. They have moved and delivered my art work interstate in perfect condition over the years. There is simply no other company that I would trust with my work.

I came twice to collect a parcel and the shop was close. I tried to call the shop phone number but not answer, so I called Pack & Send and told what happened. Finally I was able to talk with someone was working inside but he couldn’t tell me when he will reopen due Covid. So now I have a important parcel to be collect but who knows when I can take it! That’s not right, Covid affects everyone, but such important logistic businesses should be organised better!

The owner was very helpful, directed me to book online, saving me about $70 on my delivery!
When I booked online, my large 20kg package was collected in 18 minutes, then delivered the next day from Adelaide to Melbourne, not even using the 'express option'!

I rolled my wheelchair to the nailsworth pack and send and there were steps at the entry. I called and asked for the wheelchair accessible entrance and was told the building is old and other shops like this. Although the person was helpful, don’t rent places that are inaccessible to customers and if you go ahead and rent it then ask for a wheelchair entrance. So much for ‘ There are No Limits to the solutions we can provide for you. ’ as pack and send suggest

Epic Fail. Had sent two birthday presents interstate. Despite being labelled with the correct address they put the wrong sending labels on it and the wrong parcel ended up in the wrong state. When one of the parcels arrived it was smashed to smithereens (we had sent a crystal decanter) that was wrapped in three layers of bubble wrap and other packaging materials. Completely useless at their core business getting something from Point A to Point B.

The gentleman at pack & send Nailsworth was wonderful to deal with. He was straight to the point and left me assured my package was in good hands. He was also very careful with the details and left no room for error. All in all, a top experience. Would definitely go back.

I would like to thank Shaun and James as they have been so wonderful and friendly to deal with and have made the process so easy even when I don't live in the same state. Price does not matter when the service you get is above and beyond. What a great experience, we have used Pack & Send around Australia with very different results. This is one of the best experiences with a Pack & Send that we have had to date. Very professional, courteous and a fair price. Collected a machine for us, packed it on a small pallet and with additional packing for other components, ensuring a safe journey to the other side of Australia, very happy.

Thank you to Shaun who was super efficient and helped me get my purse home to Adelaide I had accidentally left it in Brisbane Airport. It was home within 48 hours and was a very smooth and stress free process. Highly recommend!

Very professional and very friendly service, they really care about the customer, i used their service twice shipping multiple items from Adelaide to Sydney including computer parts, monitor and other valuable items, arrived in time and delivered perfectly, thanks alot.

I recently bought a bass guitar and had it packed and shipped from Adelaide to Geelong. James and Shaun were extremely helpful, they picked it up from the sellers house, packaged it and sent it off. I had a particularly difficult seller to deal with and James went above and beyond. Delivery was fast, the guitar was packed well and got to my house safe and sound. Can't ask for any more than that! Went here and they were very helpful initially and offered reasonable prices for shipping. The $800 item shipped was delivered COMPLETELY CRUSHED AND DAMAGED. We provided photographic evidence of the damaged item and we were told "too bad" and we were not entitled to any cover for this item. It cost us $800 to replace the item, along with the $200 it cost in shipping, so all out we lost $1000 using this company! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
