PACK & SEND Adelaide East

I've recently moved from Adelaide to Sydney and was worrying about my stuff being sent from state to state. I've search some reviews of other companies online but the customer feedbacks are quite bad then I noticed pack and send and had a few phone calls about the estimated pricing and delivery dates and luckily I was able to arrange a pick up for my stuff the day after the phone call! They even came up to my apartment to get my stuff which is great, I have like 12 large boxes and they took three to four days shipping to my destination which I think is quiet efficient and when I got my stuff everything was all good without any damages. Definitively recommend their service and a big thank you to the staffs who assisted me!

Tremendous service and communication. I was in a bind and needed something remote shipped urgently to me and Pack & Send came through in a big way. Their communication gave me confidence immediately and the execution of the paperwork and payables was simple and intuitive. Highly recommended!

In general pack & send do a good job, we deal with scientific equipment which requires special attention, and in this instance pleased with the time frame in which our consignment was received.

Went to pultney St to send important package at 11: 45 on sat, they were shut even though it says on door they shut at 12.

I used Pack and Send recently to pick up something that I left on a plane. Communication was great and more than happy to assist. I would use them again if needed!

I use Pack & Send all the time for our interstate business shipping as they are located only 2 doors down, every time they have been extremely helpful & efficient.

I am an artist and had booked an art transport company to transport my art to Sydney, after being catastrophically let down by them failing to collect my art, I turned to pack and send. The experience couldn’t have been better. Not only did they reassure me, calm me and help me they delivered my art safely to Sydney glass and all. I can’t express enough how grateful I am to them. What a wonderful team.

I have used pack and send many times to send goods around Australia and I have used other providers too. Recently I dropped a box off to send to Sydney. I packed it myself better than anyone else would possibly (30cm foam interior and meters of bubble wrap - I've done this hundreds of times). Johnny noticed I had put 'fragile tape' on my box and told me they prefer to pack fragile items themselves but would make an exception this time. My goods arrived smashed into pieces - it would require extreme force for this to be possible as they were not particularly fragile and packaged as I described above. AVOID

Lost one of my packages from Canberra to Adelaide. Never called me when they attempted to send my packages over.

These guys are amazing and are glad to add them to Giant Inflatables network of dependable suppliers. They managed to get us our inflatables from one event to the next in record time and made our event date event though we only had one day to ship these from Adelaide to Melbourne for the cricket final

They said it would most likely arrive in 3 days. It arrived the next morning. Amazing service. They really tried hard for me as a customer. I was so blown away.

Packing job was top notch, however they work on a time scale best described as geological, and the cost was eye-wateringly high

My sister had a terrible time dealing with this branch. The package which was to be sent from Adelaide to Melbourne still had not left after 1 week. She then had to use a different pack and send branch who charged a significant amount less as well as sending the package on the day of receiving it.

I highly recommend Pack & Send for sending alcohol samples overseas. Getting samples through customs in the USA can be difficult and costly, the friendly staff at Adelaide East can complete all of the paper work and make the process hassle free and efficient. We always use Pack & Sent when entering Spirits Shows overseas.

We have used them several times to send parcels to our daughter and son in law in the UK in the last few months. Our parcels have been easy to track and have arrived on time as promised. Although it's expensive you get what you pay for which is excellent service.
