Empty words! We've bought a bed couch on black friday last year. It hasn't arrived yet (11-1-24). I called them and they just repeated that it will be soon.poor customer service. Would not recommend!

Amazing service. All staff were extremely helpful and accomodating. Furniture is of great quality too for much much less than the big furniture stores.

Friendly staff. Was well looked after but also given space to browse which is always nice. Saw the couch that I ordered on line, so I visited the store to check how comfy it was and was pleasantly surprised. Would definitely shop there again.

Went into the store at Gepps Cross and Phil (Rod Stewart) gave us excellent customer service. He knew his products well told us about fabric protection and measured out my living room to see if the furniture I was considering would fit. I called Monday morning and ordered my new lounge suite. Great service will be going back and recommending them to friends.

Got a couple of lounge sets and a dining set here recently for our new home. Had good selection and prices with even better service!

Absolute rubbish, poor stitching falling apart after 6 weeks, paid 5k for suite. Back rests are loose and keep coming loose after repairs

Such great quality and amazing prices. We have owned 3 couches from here now, we currently own two, the last couch was sold to friends who begged to buy it off us when we wanted a different colour for the new house.
Will continue to return, the couches stay in great condition and are so easy to clean and maintain, even with kids, usability is a clear priority when these couches are designed.
Customer service is always fantastic and not pushy at all, follow up for care instructions on one couch was prompt and helpful.

I have to commend Our Furniture Warehouse on their service and quality. We purchased a lounge online, had it delivered and discovered very quickly it wouldn't work for us. So we activated the 7 day no questions return policy and then went to the store where we bought another lounge suite. All the way through they were very professional to deal with, managed the invoicing and returns process really well and delivered the new lounge as promised on the day. We love the new lounge and it works perfectly for our needs. A great company to work with - highly recommended.
