OTR Whyalla Playford

Absolutely the best OJ on the planet good service SA company. Always had good service at the Playford shop. Used to have good service at Mcritchie site too up until the last week or so. In the interest of safety to staff both sites need to be well staffed on all shifts.

Subway was alright but the person that made it only wrapped the subway up once only the outside wrapper an did a very half harded effort of wrapping the subway in general an also tried a different sauce an asked if it was hot an she said no but it is. I didn't catch the name but it was 6 Feb around 3am.

I visit here frequently and the staff are friendly, especially the night shift staff. I recommend anyone passing through Whyalla, travelling on Playford Ave to stop in.

Wow Unbelievable I finally have come across a OTR That has not got all Indians Serving And They Understand what you want, But Their Toilets are Spotless Good jobs guys

What can I say service at subway was slower than a wet week. Skimped on all the salad, anyone would think they were paying for it. Overall not worth the money that was paid for the sun.

Only went for petrol.
Lady that served me looked and sounded like she didn't want to be at work.
Wanted to pay for petrol using two gift cards and was told I couldn't.

I just shopped at this site and I received some of the best customer service I have ever had!

Great friendly fast service. Better service here than the Mcritchie OTR. Won't bother with the other one, will just come here from now on.

This facility was one of very few petrol stations in Whyalla. It was convenient with professional and friendly staff.

I find half the staff don't to see to have the mood to talk and others have excellent communication skills. I see some peak hours early morning 5am to 8am the staff can't keep up of the large amount of customers coming in. One staff prue who usually runs mc Ritchie OTR who covered when staff who were on leave at the time, went out of her way to make sure customers and staff were happy on the shifts she was doing. I found kapunda OTR have excellent communication skills and always happy. What needs to be done are extra staff on the peak hours (surely you can find information from staff and more happy staff). Customers are your bread and butter, they will just go spend money on the other servo if standards don't pick up. Prue staff member from mc Ritchie OTR needs to be recognized for her work, she is a asset to the company.

Great place to drop in for your morning coffee. The staff are friendly and the service was good. Tonight I was served by Liam who was the most polite and friendly OTR employee I have encountered.

Sometimes they seem moody but that's because sometimes there is only one on and the have to make a heap of coffee's and serve everyone as well. They feel bad when people walk out but they can't help that.

Convenient, but got a pie from there that must have been there since they officially opened, it was hard and tasteless, very disappointment as i held great respect for the person that served me.

I don't usually write bad reviews, but this just wasn't acceptable. I shouldn't have to stand there and be ignored by the employee while they clean the coffee machine (looking at me every now and then so they clearly knew I was there and needing to be served). All I was after was some milk but put my items back after being the only person needing to be served, this is such a poor effort and needs to be fixed. Visited store: 13/08/2020 @ about 10: 30pm.

Subway 24 / 7 drive through is like playing the lottery. Sometimes it is open for cars to drive through and sometimes it is closed! That is not great customer service.

1 worker on at the subway during a friday arvo. Had run out of half the salads. Multiple cars went through the drive thru and drove off as there was no service. Poor management. Really felt sorry for the worker who was visibly stressed and rightfully so.

Great service, but sadly the sub roll I got today was stale and tasteless, then I had frozen salad in my Italian BMT. I suggest using fresh salad like you advertise. Normally great food but today was a major let down.
