OTR West Beach

I've been a customer at West Beach OTR for the past 3 years, and every visit reaffirms this is different from most OTR's. I would say most OTR's the service is average at best but not West Beach OTR. Both Manoj, Trishan & the team are fantastic, but I must give special recognition to Manoj. Time and again, he goes above and beyond in his service. Even when I'm just waiting for my coffee, I can't help but notice the meticulous care and grace with which he attends other customers. OTR is truly fortunate to have someone like Manoj on their team.

For a store close to the beach on a 28°c day offering hotdogs and coffee, 2 people working seems like a poor decision. Not sure if it's greed or poor manning practice but it seems to be the norm at OTRs. The staff were fantastic, it's just a shame they have to make up for managements poor planning

I downloaded the OTR Ap a week ago and noticed on it, that I could get a free Moe's hot dog. I went in today 12/4/2023 @ 1pm to redeem it and had to do numerous tasks on the Ap to get it. The young girl behind the counter couldn't do it for me and neither could the team leader (joanna). I realise you want people to use the Ap BUT you must make it easier for the customer. I walked out minus my 'free' hot dog.

Always a delight going to this otr. As a previous worker at the store, I can honestly say that even though the workers are run off their feet, they never disappoint with amazing customer service, always with a smile. Everyone is always happy for a chat, it's like one big family. I will usually go out of my way to go to this store as I just know everyone, and it is always such a welcoming store. Will never not be happy with the service, day or night.

Very friendly service from the guys in the West Beach store.

There does appear to be an issue however with the store being understaffed at times with only 1 person trying to carry out multiple talks with multiple customers. I’ve seen this long queues as a result of this as well as impatient customers.

I love the staff here! They are absolutely amazing, even though sometimes they are completely overrun with doing hot dogs and coffee and serving people all AT THE SAME TIME.

I rate 5 stars because they deserve better and are the only reason why I still come to this shop. They are so friendly and know all of us by name.it’s service you don’t get in normal shops these days.

Manoj and Tishan I’m not sure if correct spelling but the boys in the morning are the BEST! Best customer service, best store, great friendly smiles every time no one can beat these boys

We have the best service attendant Manoj who works like trooper!
He always greets me by my name and makes me leave with a smile on my face!
No matter how busy he is multi tasking other jobs he always priorities his jobs and never makes u wait.
I don’t know how he does it!
He’s always smiling no matter how busy he is and makes the experience so pleasant.
An asset to the company like no other!

Always a wonderful experience at West Beach OTR. All the staff are very customer-driven, always having a courteous, helpful nature. Manoj would have to be one of the best managers in any business, always going above and beyond. This has included donating hundreds of boxes for our St Vinnies work and also ensuring I was okay during a Covid isolation period. My only 'complaint' would be that they need extra staff on at times. It is a bit much to expect someone to prepare coffee, cook hotdogs, cover general grocery purchases (which can be extensive with the wide range on offer) and cover petrol purchases. The wonderful staff do the very best they can though.

Always amazing. He knows why I come there and has it by memory. Best local petrol station by far!

All staff are very friendly and quick even through busy times. Manoj always does the best with extra effort.i wish them continue the same.

I live close by and come by almost daily to pick up something or fill up my car. The service here is the absolute best, they always have what I need and and Manoj always makes me so welcomed. Best OTR in Adelaide

Hi, OTR Westbeach is our go to place for fuel and daily coffee. This is not because OTR itself is special but because it’s lead staff there are AMAZING! People skills, efficiency, organisation. Both Manoj and Tishan are the reason we go there! If I could pinch them to work at my business I’d do so in a heartbeat. What a shame, they aren’t better recognised for their work ethic and reliability. The workload at this OTR is really busy during peak fuel/coffee/ car wash times and the thing is their customer service remains awesome no matter what. If the boss is reading this you need to give them both a pay rise. No kidding. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback. Chris

I regularly visit OTR West Beach mainly because of the great attitude and friendly atmosphere I receive from Minoj and his team. Keep up the great work!

Best OTR I have been to and I have been to many…. The staff are always friendly and willing to help… can’t ask for anything more than a friendly person making your coffee, especially when it is a good coffee!

Always a personalised experience and great fresh food!

Very bad customer service.one of afternoon workers i think was very rude and has a bad attitude.im very disappointed as i live around corner was coming there for long time.but after i been spoken to like this.not coming there ever again!

Petrol always expensive here, but a nice well stocked convenience store. 1 staff member making 3 hotdogs for a customer, while several clients in a hurry, waiting in a line to pay for petrol is a bit hard to take. Not up to usual high standards today!
