20 WOW! Working in customer service over 25yrs I have never seen such STUPIDITY. These staff need to be sacked, pls continue to read.
After my wife and I spent time chatting and laughing with SA great Mark Aiston, all 3 were bemused by a young fells walking out the Otr attempting to light his smoke.
Next min.he walks up 2 the staff window, the staff member HANDS HIM A LIGHTER. ALLOWS HIM TO LIGHT HIS CIGARETTE, hand the light back thru the windiw to which the operator put back on its stand and allowed this grub to walk through SMOKING whilst others are filling up there cars! WHAT HUH WHO HUH
ALL 3 of us say something to staff and what's he do?
Says nothing.wobbles his Indian head!
Seriously OTR stop employing these indian idiots with no common sence
8.45 Friday night - thank you to the staff on at this time. Super helpful, polite and friendly.
Slow staff and poor service.
Over 40 minutes for no food.
Staff messed up the order and then when trying to place another order the staff walked off to serve someone else.
We then called them back and the staff tried to say they were serving someone else to which I reminded them that we were trying to get our food before they walked off.
This was the worst experience I have ever encountered anywhere.
When staff mess up an order, don't blame the customer and don't walk off from the customer when trying to get the order corrected.
I went in to buy a subway and use the bathroom.the bathroom was so disgusting I just left. Vile, horrid, disgusting, I can only imagine the hygiene standards for the rest of this store.
Ordered on the app. Told we aren’t ‘up and running’. Told to contact support on the app as they can’t refund me…
FILTHY toilet. It stank of urine, walls grey with grime, toilet not fit to sit on, there were blobs of what appeared to be phlegm on the floor and no soap in the dispenser! Manager slobby looking. Disgusting for a business that sells food. I asked if the toilet gets cleaned and was told twice a day. I doubt that very much. The Manager went to look at the toilet, came straight out and started tidying shelves. I wish I could rate - 5. I know it's a service station but really second rate. OTR need to sort that out!
Very clean shop but customer service was not up to standard as the guy serving was not at all friendly and it seemed to me that I was a hindered.
If I treated staff they way he treated me when I worked in service station as console operator I would have been fired
This morning I visited this OTR for a cappuccino with 2 sugars and a hot chocolate. I waited in line behind 2 other customers. No big deal. Then I ordered my drinks. Then I waited another 10mins while the guy served 6 more people. Ok now my turn. So the cappuccino had no sugar, no foam and they were so hot we drove to Christies Beach before we could drink it. And it was so full to the top it spilled in my car.
I will never visit this store again. Very disappointed.
Great service. Quite friendly. It's a small OTR but it's consistently clean and well ordered. I asked for a tea with an extra bag and they provided it. I've had to pay for another tea bag in other OTR's. It's not much, but it makes for that last star.

Car wash takes coins only forcing you to faff around try to get change from the servo. Also not clear which direction is in/out making a collision possible. Happy Wash?
Handy local Servo with RON98. Easy to get to, either coming home or going out. The Shahins live just up the road from where I used to live. The benefits they've brought to this State are immense. Who wouldn't want a nice, clean, modern Servo close by?
3rd time in their car wash no soap in high pressure soap.dont waste your time here you will have to clean it again somewhere
This is clean and quick OTR outlet. You can get all range of stuff to go quickly after pumping fuel. You can buy a sub from subway or some coeffee. Also you can buy SA lotteries. This OTR outlet contains flowers as well. The staff is also helpful.
Your subway guys need to listen properly.i had twice bad experience. Lady was up there no patient, before getting my order ready she wants me to pay.
I really like BP on the run place is always clean and friendly staff what I don't like is they need to hire not just juniors or they hey adults on training so they don't have to pay full wage. Not far these guys make your money for you pay them properly
Look out for the pop up Krispy Kreme stall in the car park during the Royal Adelaide Show. Subway good all year round though (for the healthier option).
Ordered a sub from Subway and was served by Shane with friendly service, he was very fast and efficient. Wanted to do a survey on subway website but I didn't get a receipt.
Has a Subway in it, very good if you're at the showgrounds, it's a short walk and a lot cheaper than anything you can get inside. The Subway staff are really nice, though the tables can be a little dirty.
We all know that OTR's are going to be well and truly overpriced but given that any customer must rate OTR on the staff. These men & women are friendly and helpful. Even if the clients are pigs! I visit this place a lot and am always welcomed with a smile & a "How you today? " With actual care - awesome!
