OTR Underdale

On the 14/5 my phone went flat and my petrol light was on in my car. It was after 5pm on the weekend so no shops were open for me to buy a charger. I needed to charge my phone as it was the only way I was going to be able to for the petrol.

I went inside the BP and Sarthak let me charge my phone with his charger. I am beyond thankful for this, he really went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated.

I've applied online because I wanted to get a job there since it is near me, but they never seem to have jobs there. Although my family member who goes there for coffee every day says they see always new staff. I went there one time to ask if I could hand in my resume to the manager but they all said "apply online", yet they have new staff. I just need a job man like I can do all shifts. OTR if you are reading this please give me a chance!

The lady making coffee tonight needs to do a baristas course, she clearly don't know how to make a cappacino, it was more like a flat white. Took 20 minutes to make also.

Shocking service, order coffee through the app. What a joke! 3.30am no coffee ready staff no where to be found, not once but the last 5 times.

Stopped here for coffee at night, door was closed.
4 degree outside and wind blowing so fast.
Person was busy talking to another another customer for a good 15 minutes through night counter.
Didn't get my coffee as he was busy talking, but my sleep went away standing in the cold.

I don't understand why people are putting negative feedback for this BP/OTR. The customer service is exceptional. Every morning I drag myself or of bed at a ridiculous early hour.put thru my coffee order in the app
. Even though this facility is not local to me I drive ten minutes to get my coffee consistently made by an award winning barista. The staff always have a smile. They are prompt and the shop is always clean. Most importantly they remember your name. I can't comment on the weekend staff but the Mon to Fri crew definitely 5 STARS.

I have been going to this petrol station for quite a while and I have never had any problems with the staff or anything else. I drive from kidman park to this petrol station because I always find that if the petrol is 135 or more at other petrol stations I will always find it up till 10c less here. I know some people might find having to go to the after hours window annoying but you have to realize that when you are by yourself all night in this type of business you have to protect yourself and you can always go to the window and either ask the person serving you if they can get what you want or ask politely if you can come in and get it yourself. Being polite and nice is not a sin, just like please and thank you. I know that it is rarely heard these days, but at least when I do it I almost always get the respect back with a smile, and when I don't at least I know I did the right thing.

This is Worst service station ever,
Bad English. Wasted my time because the staff is SO incompetent they could not process a motor pass fuel card. The staff were less than helpful
would not take payment over the phone due to some stupid policy.
I believe this the worst experience I have ever had with a fuel sale.
I will Never visit this shamble of a business ever again

Went to get ice cream before midnight and the server had already closed the doors for the night so had to go elsewhere.
