9Drive through still very very slow. Don’t advertise as a drive through if there is only one person on and it is just as fast as parking and walking in.
A horrible experience here. An extremely racist staff member refusing service for no reason.
I attempted to do the right thing and contacted OTR to explain my horrible experience and have not had any contact or apology 5 days later.

Highlights the bad service at OTR
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hope I give them 0 star as I very disappointed, I ordered hot cappuccino coffee and wait long at drive thru as staff is busy on front desk then she handover me cold coffee, as it looks she made it before for other customer. This is the second time disappointed with them. Never ever recommend anyone to come here. They have to manage and hire more staff specially in the morning time.
The guy that served me was very helpful and I was in an out quickly without feeling rushed
Many have said it previously, and more will say so in the future but here’s my contribution…a busy Sat lunchtime.out at the pumps I find all three hand sanitiser wipe dispensers empty. Why? One of the windshield wash buckets is quite empty, the other two have maybe a cupful of water each! Why? Maybe the water evaporated in the recent hot weather? Inside it’s all happening.staff very busy fixing coffee, food, semi-exotic slushee drinks, while some of the seven customers queued simply want to pay for their gasoline. Always minimal staff. Somebody needs to manage here by walking around

I liked that they had new petrol pumps and the petrol price was competitive, but the instore experience was odd. There were a lot of people milling around waiting for their gas station food and no clear line. There was only one staff member and I had to wait while she made a coffee for one customer and then made a hotdog for another! I don't think OTR is the service station for me. I really just want a place I can pay for my fuel in an organised, timely manner.

Staff are lovely but todays visit i waited in the drive thru for a couple of minutes. The staff were quite busy with other people and to busy to do drive thru so i ended up going in to the shop.
I ordered a hot dog once inside to later realise the hot dog sausage was very cold as if it had not been heated at all and had to throw it in the bin. I understand everyone has a bad day but i did get a little frustrated as i tried calling them for up to 15 minutes later to let them know and the whole time the phone line was engaged.
