7I avoid this servo even though it’s close and usually cheaper than another nearby smaller one. Guys who I’ve been served by a few times are unfriendly and don’t serve customers in order of waiting. What’s the point of having 2 lines when people just jump out and get served before those waiting first? Have some order ffs.
Nice clean servo. A nicely laid out store & petrol bowser bays. The shop aisles are clean & stock is well laid out. Staff are friendly, quick & efficient.
Not impressed. Been a few times to get an iced caramel latte and it's been luke warm everytime. Kinds of defeats the purpose of calling it 'Iced'.
1 worker for the entire OTR is understaffed when theres a steady flow of 7 people in line, and theyre meant to serve food, make coffee and take payments.
Poorest coffee. OTR always do good coffees, but this OTR has ruined their name.guy doesn’t even know how to make coffee.how can cappuccino be complete without choco powder on top? Please train and supervise your employees.
Great place to go if you're around the corner and the shops are closed. Hot dogs are really good! Staff are very friendly and helpful. 4 stars because OTR has banned reusable coffee cups! Would be okay with that if they changed their single-use disposable cups to sustainable, and biodegradable.
Newly rebuild. Great fuel prices (honeymoon period) friendly staff a great supply of produce.
