OTR Stepney

Two days in a row I’ve gone there and been almost overcharged and then subsequently, overcharged.
Deal stating 3 for 9.99 on Allen’s lollies bags (150g-210g varieties) grabbed 3 Packs of Jellybeans (190g and considered a part of the variety) charged 6.49 per bag.
When I approached the staff member who brought the deal sticker over and said “it’s for the snakes” despite the label saying underneath that “150g-210g variety”.
Her response was just “sorry” no note of a refund at all.

Fantastic experience, can’t wait for the next time where I’ll get charged for every seperate jelly bean In the bag followed by a “whoopsie, see ya mate”

This is the best OTR store in adelaide. It’s my local servo but the staff are very kind and nice. Never had any issues! Would recommend - 5 star

Service is friendly and ok but the shop always looks dirty with items on the ground whenever I go in and there was a strange smell, it needs to be cleaned more regularly.

Worst customer service. I waited 5 minutes for someone to serve me. The line behind me had 5 people waiting to pay. There was a lady making coffees, she ignored me and was complaining to a cusomter about the other staff members saying how useless they were. When a guy finally served me he didn't even acknowledge me or apologize for keeping us waiting he was too busy yelling the F-word at another staff member. Absolutely disgusting customer service!

The worst customer service I’ve ever had. If there was a zero star option I would be choosing that.

I waited in front of the donut counter to buy some donuts while the two staffs (one named Sandy) chatted in front of the register and completely ignored my existent. I walked past them to get to the donut counter with my son and there wasn’t anyone else in the store, they knew I was there but didn’t want to serve me. Sandy kept serving other customers that came in after me and I had to call out to get his attention. He raised his hand and said ‘Come here. ’ As if he was calling a dog. I told him I would like to buy some donuts then he ignored me again and served the next customer. Sandy eventually walked over to the donut counter because a customer has ordered some, then he asked me what I want. I expressed my disappointment of his service and he said it would be “a common sense’ to come to the register instead of waiting in front of the counter and told me to ‘stop arguing’.

I have not seen such a rude and disrespectful person doing customer service in my life. I have been working in retail and hospitality myself and this was clearly not how anyone should be treated. The shop was empty, Sandy was standing there chatting to another staff member and he would have to walk over to the donut counter to pack donuts anyways. In no way I was causing him any inconvenience. He has terrible attitude and no manner at all and has no right to treat any customer like that.

It was very unfortunate to have him as your customer service representative, the culture was poor. I would not visit again.

Staff too busy chatting to each other to serve customers. Even made eye contact with a staff member out back who pretended not to see me. Time is 0853,14th Feb.

Decent OTR with a good range of convenience products, bakery, Krispy Cream, coffee and everything else you would need when buying petrol or just to stop past. Can get busy and sometimes it seems only 1 staff is serving while I presume others are doing things but generally good service.

Staff are amazing always very friendly. Jackie looks after my coffee needs 4 days a week. Definitely the face of the store, just awesome.

Always such a friendly and positive service from all the staff here, in particular Jackie. She is always smiling, so friendly and helpful and goes over and above for customer service.

Jacki and Maddie are a good morning team and Jackie makes the best coffees and Jacki always has a smile on her face nice to come in to stepney otr

I come in to get coffee everyday for the last 4 year and I’m alway met with a smile from Jackie

Worst service and unskilled staff member! Bought a krispy kreme donuts assorted pack, and the staff messed up all toppings on all iced strawberry donuts coming up with an excuse saying “the strawberry one always gets messed up it’s normal” I mean I am not buying krispy kreme for the first time.totally disappointing. The donuts were meant to be a gift for my close one and well done I cannot gift them now.

Not blaming the staff member working but they really need more than one staff member on during Saturday night. Waited 15 minutes just to pay for fuel when coffees and donuts seemed like they were the priority.

Careful, this store sells expired stuff.

Milk and other stuff on shelf has expired for more than 24hr. Store attendant couldn’t be bothered when it was brought to their notice.

The owner of this BP station should be thankful for the stuff that you hire.

The story was, I went here to fill up my little bike as usual, I’ve seen a guy around 50’s who’s talking something nonsense to the female stuff with blue/greyish hair and a pair of black glasses at the counter, She’s so patient and the attitude was perfect to the guy even he’s drunk or high, she showed up a real high quality of behaviour and manners.

She deserves some reward.

A dodgy male attendant of Indian appearance tried to underpay my Keno winnings. I know that the lottery terminals display winning amounts yet he tried to suggest that he mistakingly saw the winning amount on the receipt and also suggested that this is the only place winnings are displayed. Don't trust this outlet with your lottery tickets!

Can't even say hello back to their customers? Rather speak among themselves. Not hard to address your customers with respect.
