OTR St Marys

Because of ANZ I was unable to pay for fuel today so they treated me like a criminal. Go else where people it's all Indians anyway not an aussie to be seen. F OTR

Attended mid afternoon; on the petrol/customer side all good. Big let down was my coffee ordered via the OTR app. The coffee was great (hence 3 stars) but the wait of near 10 mins passed expected ready time, when no coffees were being made not near good enough.
Comfy upholstered seats in need of a vac, my table on the otherside of Subway area wasn't clean.

Has wheel chair access.toilets lots of food.subway and Asian food pies and bakery open 24/7. Clean.

Please open the Moe's hotdog counter at night for the night shift workers and truck drivers that want a cheap quick hot meal between 12 midnight and 6am

Terrible service, lacking in customer service skills and unfriendly, food we purchased was sloppy and cold
And the toilet is absolutely DISGUSTING

Absolutely dreadful service by Dinesh. These guys have not fully integrated to Australian society and need more training when it comes to been polite and customer service.

Why am I waiting for people to finish making coffees before I can pay for my fuel. Next time I'll drive off

Why the worker at night shift took 20 minutes to open the door and that's second time u can check the camera I think was one am 25/09/21 thanks

Shout out to Corum for helping me. I was suddenly stuck at home with a car break down and no dinner for me or for my cats!
We worked out a way to send both through a Subway delivery. I could tell he was super busy at the time but he still took as long as necessary to get it sorted. Much appreciated

Maybe one staff member ought think about the way she addresses her customers. A bit of respect goes a long way. Today 10.55 am, 17th of July.

As with all OTR's very slow service. Usually one person serving and everyone else pretending to do something other than look after customers

Dirty store, needs regular cleaning, food old and stale (Yuk!) coffee awful (beans burnt) terrible, this place used to be good years ago, has gone downhill now, ok only for petrol.

Absolutely appalled by the rude service received today at OTR St Marys usually pretty good in there. I was rudely served by Sonia who joined in 2020 maybe she should not have joined as her customer service skills are appalling. Sonia should not be customer facing with her bad attitude. It was like she was going out of her way and doing me a huge favour by serving me all I wanted to do was pay for my diesel. Very disappointing must try harder next time. Doubt I will go there again and if I do I will avoid the rude Sonia on the till, best you do too if you want courteous service.

Thank you to the lovely attendant who served me today around 4: 15pm. While she was serving me a extremely impatient and rude man was completely invading my person space and refusing to wait his turn to be served. She politely asked him to move back and continued to communicate professionally even when he was speaking incredibly rudely to her. I was in a rush and left the store pretty swiftly but wanted to say thank you for your kindness and professionalism.

Walked in at 1.50pm, stood waiting for a n attendant to serve me, only wanted a pie.waiting, waiting, waiting.watched One moon walk backwards, much to the delight of her co workers.waited, waited, waited.watched as they chatted, was a flow of customers but it wasn't crazy and they obviously had time to play up. 10 minutes later I thought " oh well, seems maccas for lunch". I know it's only a SERVICE station but they don't seem to be versed on the word.pretty disappointed and will drive past in future

Please don't eat the pre-packaged sandwiches at this servo. I did because I needed something quick but noticed it wasn't kept in optimal temperature and I had horrible food poisoning last night from it. Just get subway like I should have done!

*except: OTR HR had better consider this. I had to wait 10 minutes just to pay for petrol, because there were at least 15 people waiting who wanted things like bakery items, hot dogs and Subway. There were only three people serving, and they were run off their feet. On The Run? More like Wait A While.

HR Department: here’s some simple maths. My car sat at the pump for 15 minutes altogether. Two or three other visits to that pump could have happened if my car wasn’t sitting there. That’s a likely loss of about $100 in transactions. Say only a third of the people waiting had also left their cars at the pump.that’s a $500 loss, or about $2000 an hour. Like most OTRs, St Mary’s is chronically understaffed, presumably to save money on wages, but seriously, you could employ 80 people at $25 an hour for the $2000 lost in fuel transactions.

How about putting a few more staff on?

Possibly the worst OTR in Adelaide. Asked for a FRESH OJ without ice, they took my order and then gave me a bottled OJ ice cold. When I raise a concern they guy simply told me to buzz off! Never going back here!

What more could you want? !
24hr supermarket, fresh produce, barista-made coffee. A generous range of quick and easy meal choices from the Brumbys Bakery, to Moe's NY style hotdogs, to Subway, to Wok In A Box. Valet car wash service that comes with a free coffee. Staff are warm and friendly, incredibly helpful and keep the store clean and well stocked.

Very clean store and happy staff the best OTR ive ever been into!

Management here is also highly trained and respectful, great experiences with them.
