The sausage rolls were hard and the coffee machine needed a clean, the coffee was bitter. Staff were good, fast and friendly.

Don't go near the subway there stale bread meatballs were off unfortunately my mum ate hers and then vomited soon after I am ringing the health inspector this morning Don't even deserve 1 star

I didn’t ask for their names but the two girls who served me today were the biggest sweethearts. One was weeding the papa roach hoodie with dark hair. And the other girl with brown curly hair with glasses. 10/10. Definitely need a pay raise

Some prices are crazy here, some of the workers seem like they don't want to be there and lack ears to listen unfortunately.

Other than that its another chain petrol station.

Dirty, unsafe, rude and glum staff. Plenty of other servos in the area to pick instead of this one!

Day staff are rude as like customers shouldn't want to pay for there items but night staff are great very helpful

OTR frozen drink price what's the change for 2 dollars for a large and 3 for mega when the mega isn't even that big I know this may not bother others but 2 dollars for just a large like come on now?

Real bad service. 1 checkout open, 10 people in line and have to wait for coffees and food just to pay for food

Pretty good.
Be nice when I asked for a large serve I didn't get a regular in a large container.
But positive note, It did taste good.

Despite so many complaints against the net and spikes on top of BP petrol station which installed by Allstate pest control for OTR, they still refuse to remove them as you believes it's humanly method.
Let me explain a few facts for OTR:
Most of Pigeons who stuck in trap die due to heat and dehydration and bleeding of sharp spikes, the remaining if still alive taken away by post controller and put into gas chamber to die or cut their head, it's extremely cruel and barbaric.
Spikes and net causing harm on the other birds too. The risk for wildlife is so high too.
Pigeons don’t cause health risk as much as they injected to people's head. The risk of human waste is much higher than pigeons.
Please remove the netting and spikes.

Service is terrible the lady manager on duty is so so rude I can’t stand going into that servo

Lisa is rude and has no customer care ethics unless you have a doodle.
With that said it’s very understaffed the 2 that were on were run ragged trying to serve aswell as all the extra jobs they have to fit in.
The amount of money OTR makes they certainly can afford to hire more kids

Ever thought about giving the store a clean once in a while. I’ve frequented here recently to find it poorly cleaned near eating areas and when waiting for coffees. Makes me not want to come here.

Filthy enviroment. The staff served several people handling money then food, making coffee with no hand hygiene at all. On top of that there is no compliance with the use of QR codes. No staff reminders. Very dissapointing.

Not a great experience with pumping up the petrol. Paid $35 and hardly anything went into the tank. The pump wouldn't work properly

Asked for a price on a product over the phone during lockdown to be told we are not aloud to give prices and hung up on. Trying to limit where you can go in these hard times and no help at all.

The subway took ages to serve us and we were the only customer. The employee Carlos took 30 mins to make 3 subs
