11Went there and the big lady with light brown hair and glasses was so rude! She rudely told me to move and served someone else and then as she served me I got cash out and for her to tell me it didn’t work when in actual fact it did and proceeded to give me my money. Rude as, don’t know why that servo have old as people working there. So rude they need to get rid of her! I’ve always found this servo to be slow as, the whole servo is a joke.
The bigger guy who works here is the most saddest and depressed human being I have ever had contact with. The first time I came here and was served by him I thought maybe he was just having a bad day. Didn't say hello, walked at a snails pace to get items that I was buying so I shrugged it off. Tonight had to run in to grab something and the same again, turned around and rolled his his eyes and was like a snail again. Dude, if you don't like your job then quit. He is extremely rude and unprofessional and I think he needs updated training on customer service.if I ever happen to need to use this OTR again and he's working then I'll take my business elsewhere. No customer should have to put up with this lack of unprofessionalism.
I just visited this store and there was two women working and they were very rude to myself and the customer before me I will never shop here again
Went there too fill my petrol can yesterday the animal large women in her fifties that works there was banging on the window put your can on the floor again and again I thought she was going to brake the window. Nasty nasty. Won't be going back there again that's for sure.
I have been here twice on weekends and the old lady who work there she is horrible yelling at me and customers very disappointed feel like I will not go back there again in futur
I've been in twice in 2 days and and still no 700ml farmers union iced coffee but still 2 untouched isles strong iced coffee. If it doesn't sell don't have as much.

Rudest.arrogant guy at any OTR I've been to. Left and went to commercial road where I actually got pleasant service and was warmly greeted
Purchased a bacon and cheese sausage roll and complained it was raw, i was told it was meant to look this way. Bought another today from here and it was bright pink raw AGAIN.its really not that hard to cook a sausage roll, I get the bacon makes it a different colour but went to another otr and purchased the same sausage roll and it was nowhere near the same colour.so gross.
I've been visiting this servo for a very long time always very friendly. But of late one lady mostly on weekends. I find she is rude and very unfriendly because of her I don't shop there any more. It don't cost anything to be friendly to people.
Staff are the best! The just need extra people working at busy times to keep the shelves fully stocked.
