Not for the first time the milk department was extreamly under stocked went to another OTR near by and things didn't improve at all, petrol station/ not very convenient store.
It's ok nothing exciting just another OTR. I will not give more stars to a greedy company that only chase profits & not the needs or respect of it's overworked employees! Slave labour still exists in 2022 shame on you otr! 10 customers to 1 person behind the counter trying to make a $3 hotdog while also taking fuel money from people lined up to pay for thier fuel. Twice I've used the drive through car wash & both times *NO SUDS* in the water!
When first OTR's were established they were 5 but hav now reverted back to being a V. Expensive Servo which i only use when i hav no other Option!
Guy he was pleasant. Previously went to the one around the corner where the guy was not even worthy of a 1star rude arrogant and just unpleasant. The guy at this store polite and courteous

After a very long day it was great to have customer service that was positive instead of the usual hum drum to get you in and out the door

Around half one is always polite and very friendly to talk to, and willing to do whatever he can to help u anyway possible. The price of fuel however is always around 5 cents more than any other servo with in a 2 k radius. Eg. Otr on cnr of Salisbury hwy and Commercial rd 2 min drive and always cheaper. What the?
Use the service station quiet a bit handy when the supermarkets are closed and I find it very convenient

Bought a 3.50 grape icy and after it turned to syrup really quick; apprently the machine has been on all day, the old lady behind the counter said with a smart arse attitude she said why don't you look at the prices; abit rude ay.then get home nearly half the eggs are bloody off rude old junky lady at salisbury commercial Rd otr, for a junkie she is really up herself.that store needs a serious overhaul with what staff they employ.

Terrible service. Wait close to 30mins for two hots drinks and 3 hots dogs. One hot drink was not made correctly nor did the attendant know how to make it. And the 3 hotsogs tasted like crap. So i spent $25 and got nothing. Plus having a cranky baby while I had to wait. Oh lets not forget that there was only one person severing who has only had 2weeks on the job on a Saturday afternoon.
