9 The two ladies at the Hungry Jacks are some of the nicest, friendliest staff I've ever come across. Both with a great attitude and a smile to go with it.
It's rare to see such good customer service, seems like a thing of the past these days.
Looks like I'm shopping elsewhere, 98% of the team, brilliant, service always friendly, but when a service attendant is serving a customer and they start having late night chats with the visitors behind that customer, it was like me, a paying customer didn't exist, I had my key card out to get smokes, but she just started chatting, I'll take my money elsewhere.pitty.
Went to get my normal 2 bottles of milk, and was refused service, why, apparently there was 4 min left before change of shift, and it would've ment a re count, I've been going to my local otr for over 5 years, I have never been so appauled, were in a national health emergency and I a paying customer was refused basic living items.
I definitely won't be returning here or any other otr after this.

Got served today by a very happy, smiling team member goes by the name chloe, its a credit to the manager at the store for keeping her team happy
I would say, there is a specific woman who would serve you alright and nicely. She cares and smile at your first sight. Well this five star is for her.
Else is normal like any gas station.
Clean, space and easy to sit around if you are buying food from them or the other fast food store right beside them.
Fantastic service. Attendant accidentally forgot to put an extra shot in the coffee. We didnt even realize untill she came with another coffee and a refund. Was pleasantly suprised. 10/10 would come again.
